This hotel is new and clean! Parking is super convenient; you can park right by the elevator and take the elevator up to the first floor for check-in. Our room is on the third floor. I especially want to mention the professionalism of the front desk lady, who speaks standard Mandarin and has a sweet smile. I have a few concerns. First, there was no ashtray in the room, and the front desk lady rushed to bring one. Second, there were no paper towels in the bathroom, and only a few in the room. Fortunately, I bring my own. The front desk staff said the hotel is new and understaffed, and with the ***** New Year approaching, they couldn't hire anyone. Third, the hot water system's temperature was inconsistent, making the shower feel hot and cold, which greatly reduced the experience.
