Yomitan Hotels with Wifi

"Rooms are big and spacious but, it feels this hotel is understaffed as our room is quite filthy and looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Firstly, the bed looked like someone just lied on it and the beds were skew, secondly the fridge was really filthy, they dnt even bother cleaning it, and thirdly, there’s lots of footprints on the floor which means they dnt have enough time to mop the dirt on the floor. Oh, and we had another issue with the room, TV will automatically switch on by itself at odd hours😬 We had difficulty communicating with the staff as their English is not that fluent. But overall, it’s a great family hotel, I absolutely loved the facilities, kids had loads of fun at the pool and were crazy about the slides as well as the facilities on the beach. Extra bonus to the “happy hour drinks” (from 3-6pm, 9-11pm )."

"Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided."

"We absolutely loved the lounges and the brunch spot—such a treat to enjoy a meal anytime, even after checkout! The resort is about an hour away by car, so if you can, definitely rent a car for convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We only wish we could have stayed an extra night!"

"Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan."

"A hotel with good privacy, and it is suitable for couples' honeymoon and family gatherings. The facilities are relatively new, and some swimming pools have heating functions that they can be enjoyed in winter. The meals are good, and the service staff are warm and considerate."

"I really enjoyed my stay (8 nights) at Condominium Yuyuki. The checkin process was easy and the staff is very nice. I have everything I could possibly need in the room and I’m close to a grocery store. I needed to work during my stay so I really appreciated the quietness of the place and the reliable internet. You’ll need a car to get around for sight seeing in general in Okinawa and there is an authentic Mexican restaurant Sabroso nearby and the food there is very tasty!"

"The room is clean and has everything you need~ The happiest thing is he has a washing machine and dryer! After going out for a day, the clothes are dirty and smelly... It can be dried quickly after washing~ Although the receptionist does not understand foreign languages, he also tries his best to communicate with the translator 👍 Check in late because the plane was delayed, thank you for your patience. Recently, it is recommended to add a usb socket in the room to facilitate charging~"
