"There is no separate partition between the toilet and the bed. As soon as I opened the door, I was filled with the smell of the toilet. It was the same the whole night when I slept. I will not stay here again.
In addition, there was no hot water after about 5 minutes of boiling the water. The weather was really cold."

"Motel was a very convenient location with reception staff cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately it was very noisy from the road and other visitors staying at the motel. There were old blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases, and the coffee cups had old coffee remnants in the bottom of the cups."

AAnonymous UserThe facilities in the room are very modern and semi-smart. It is relatively good in Australia. After all, it is a camping project opened by one of Australia's best car insurance companies.
We just checked in before the busy season this time, the price is OK, more than 400 Australian dollars a night, and then another night. The front desk service was very unfriendly. There were two bottles of water on the first night. On the second night, we made up two bottles of water and tea bags at the front desk. We were very reluctant. The tea bags were given, but the speech was difficult to listen to! ! The water was not given, and finally we took a bottle and paid an extra 4 Australian dollars. I asked if the two bottles of water were included in the room rate, and they said yes, but they didn't renew the next day!
When we continued to live the next day, we asked to clean the room and replenish the supplies. They said that they would clean it later, but no one came over at all.
Rural hotels, difficult to employ people, can not recruit people, there is really no service, do not have too much expectations.

Rackets were available for tennis but no balls so take your own if you want to play. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay but it could do with a thorough clean. Undercover parking offered very large bays.

The furniture is old, the curtains can't be drawn, changing clothes in the room inconvenient, and the air conditioner has a musty smell. The bed is clean. There's only one bathroom with a shower in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for big families. We didn't receive check-in information from the hotel in the morning of our arrival and had to call to inquire, this was a bit unsettling. It would be best to inform guests of the check-in process and password a day in advance.

GGuest UserThe hotel's swimming pool is good. It's open until nine o'clock in the evening. It's a favorite of children. You can walk to the beach in five minutes along the back door of the hotel. The sand is fine and the scenery is beautiful. The wind and waves are strong. It's not suitable for swimming. It's nice to walk along the coast.
