"· **Cleanliness beyond expectations:** Many older hotels have questionable carpets, but this one has faux wood flooring, so you can walk barefoot without getting dusty. The bathroom was free of mold, and the towels were pristine white and thick, which is better than many four-star hotels.
· **24-hour front desk:** This is crucial when traveling internationally. I checked in smoothly at midnight, and they even helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than Uber.

"The hotel environment is a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There are no power outlets by the bedside. They clean the room every day, and it's quite spacious, but the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
As for the location, it's right across from Hyde Park, a few hundred meters from the Australian Museum, and the Museum subway station. While the Opera House is only a little over 1 km away, it still takes a bit of a walk. It's not right in the city center; you have to walk about ten minutes to find food.
It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown, the Opera House, and Darling Harbour. Maybe I walked too much those few days, but it felt a bit far."

GGuest UserThis is a hotel that is both like a hotel and a homestay. The decoration is very warm and has a girly feeling, but there is no elevator and the corridor is narrow. It is a bit inappropriate for people like me who like the convenience of the atmosphere. The location is quite convenient. It is also within walking distance to the Opera House. GGuest UserI never disappointed to stay with them either short stay or long stay. The staff are amazing even a small team and willing to help and look after your needs eg suitcase when u are not be able to check in or wait for the room to turn down.
The food are great or have more variety with western cuisine and blend with Asian style cuisine as is combination of the menu and of course pasta was great as it was a simple but is still maintain and old fashion style in sauce like you cooked on your own home style .
The bar is great as always full and people always giggling and mingle or they watch me what 🙀 I am up to late night but I do an expirement in food and beverage as a food science and my night is like an owes or have less sleep but be able to focus in a longer hour and not too tired when I got up or even just 3-4 hrs sleep and made me work like a machine shhhh is not rice .. but is PepT instead and I never aging and still look younger and beautiful with different personality when I walk out from the door to door or one 🚪 close and other door 🚪 open like switch on swop a soul as the soul traps inside the dead body .

GGuest UserThe elevator is a bit slow, I wonder if it's because the hotel is a bit old? I encountered two or three minor elevator problems during my three-day stay. The room is relatively large and the kitchen facilities are complete, but the hygiene is not very good. The single bed I brought with me became swollen when I put it on. The attitude of the front desk is OK, depending on the person. There are two front desk ladies who are very nice and enthusiastic. I only stayed for three nights and there was no room cleaning. I had to get towels myself or call. There was a collection point in the corridor where I had to throw away the garbage myself. The location is not bad. There are wws and coles nearby where you can buy food and so on. Overall it's not bad

GGuest UserThe hotel fully met our expectations and deserves a high rating, with one significant exception. It's not suitable for groups or multiple guests sharing a room because only one key is provided per room. This same key also opens the main entrance door. If the person with the key steps out, the other guest is completely locked in and can't even leave to use the restroom. This is a huge problem that the hotel needs to address immediately.

Since our expectations were pretty low, we weren't surprised that no staff came to clean from check-in to check-out, so we had to clean it ourselves daily. The staff's service attitude was also quite mediocre. However, the location is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere; it's very close to the train station, museums, art galleries, and major shopping malls.

JJanetfayeThe hotel is an apartment-style hotel, very close to the train station, and next to a park. The location is very good, and the supermarket is not far away. When I first read the reviews, there were no comments from Chinese people, only from foreigners. Most of them were negative reviews, saying that the hygiene was very poor. I was very worried, but the order could not be returned, so I brought disposable sheets. I booked a suite with a balcony. But when I arrived, I found it was completely beyond my expectation! The balcony view is very good, you can also see the Sydney Tower! The pictures are all real shots. The room is also clean and hygienic. There is no need to bring your own sheets. Although the facilities are a bit old, it does not affect the use. The room is quite spacious, with one bedroom and one living room. In Sydney, a city with high hotel prices, especially during the Spring Festival holiday, this apartment is extremely cost-effective! Moreover, although the swimming pool on the top floor is a bit small, the view is superb at night! It should be noted that the name of the hotel where you check in and get the keys is not the one you booked. It is in the same building as the hotel. Maybe my requirements are not high, but overall, I am satisfied and I will choose it again if I have the chance! Be sure to choose the room type with a balcony!
