"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

"The hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!"

They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. "Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. "I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!"

When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, ”So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?” She said, ”Yeah, there's nothing I can do.” 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"
