"The best hotel I've stayed at in Anshun. Service gets 8 stars, and the room is perfect.
I booked a room on the railway side. The front desk first reminded me that it might be noisy and asked if I wanted a free upgrade. Later, I thought about the bathtub and chose to keep the original room. The view was great, with a small train track right outside the window. My child loved it. It wasn't noisy with the window closed, and I slept very well at night.
The concierge was very responsive to all requests, and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's less than a 10 yuan taxi ride to the ancient city. Just tell the driver ”Banshan Hotel,” and everyone knows the place.
If I come to Anshun again next time, I'll probably stay here again! 👍"

"This hotel is located by a city lake, just a few minutes' walk from the ancient town and Gufu Street, which is incredibly convenient, haha! The room cleanliness also gets full marks; the bedding feels soft and comfortable, totally meeting five-star standards. Plus, the front desk service was very thoughtful, proactively informing us about nearby attractions' opening hours and reservation methods. The lake view room offers a wide panorama, and after the rain, the green mountains shrouded in mist look like a fairyland. "This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and while the usual 400-yuan rooms were over 1200 yuan this time (a bit painful!), the experience was still very good and left me with a great impression. This particular Atour has a nice location right by Hongshan Lake, and the lake view from the room upon entry was beautiful and expansive. The room felt a little small, but the design and layout were excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. Many details were well thought out; the bath and hand towels, for example, were not only high quality but also individually packaged, which really impressed me. Breakfast was also very good; while it didn't have the vast spread of a large hotel, it had everything you'd need. This stay introduced me to Atour Hotels, and I'd say the value for money is excellent, provided it's not peak season pricing."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a bit worried because some reviews mentioned outdated decor, but after checking in, I found the room to be spacious enough, and both the decor and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel's hot spring was open until 10 PM, and the staff were incredibly patient with the kids who were playing in the pool until past 10, never rushing them and waiting until they were done. When I found one of the hot spring pools to be a degree or two too cool for my liking, a staff member proactively offered to turn up the heat, even though it was already 9:30 PM. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The two girls at the front desk and the hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a very worthwhile hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Anshun."

"When we first arrived at the store, we felt the very good environment and service. We were very puzzled why we were the only room during the New Year? Until the night, the heating broke down and the lights in the whole room could not be turned on. The lady on duty actively contacted the person in charge, but the remote manager actually said: ”It's cold tonight, but you have to stand it!” We? ? ? ? ? ? I'm here for vacation, not to endure it!! There is no way to solve the problem at all! The reason why the occupancy rate is low is obviously a problem of management!
The place worth adding points is that the three local residents on duty immediately took out their own heating from home as soon as the heating broke down, and kept apologizing to us. The manager far away has not given us any greetings so far.

"The overall stay is quite satisfactory, the room is clean and quiet, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is also very warm, plus points, come out to stay in the store to feel warm, the emotional value is full, stay 4 days and 3 nights. The unpleasant episode came out at 12:10 on September 9th. The car recorded the number. The security went to dinner. I couldn’t get out. Behind me was a woman wearing a white shirt. There was a sign on the left chest that should be the hotel management. I was impatient to urge me to leave. I had a bad temper. I was holding back and let her. I heard the voice of a man in the car. The security guard came from the back with the meal, and the attitude was cold. I was not happy to ask me that I was not staying in the store. I estimated that I wanted to pay the parking fee. I patiently explained the check-in on the 6th. The license plate recorded by the front desk lady and I was useless. Please open the door and I go out. At that time, I called the front desk lady, the time was 12:20, the hotel should be able to adjust the video. Today, I scored 5 points. I really hope that the front desk lady is doing a good job. I hope the hotel management leader will verify this matter. Two mouse shits are broken and a pot of soup is broken. Guest UserSister Yingzi is very hospitable, sincere and comfortable with others. This time I was traveling with my parents and brother during the National Day. The room I booked was spacious enough to live in, and the facilities were new and clean. The pictures and texts of many B&Bs I have stayed in before are very inconsistent. Sister Yingzi's place is better than the pictures and expectations. Every corner is cleaned well and considered very thoughtfully.
The location of the small courtyard is very good. It is right on the road, which is also suitable for friends who drive by themselves. The local driver recommended by Sister Yingzi was also very helpful. Due to a time arrangement error that day, we almost missed the high-speed train. Sister Yingzi helped us deal with it in a timely manner.
The decoration of the villa is also very tasteful. The courtyard is also very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my mother for a while in the evening and it was very pleasant. I just forgot to take pictures. My mother said she liked it very much. Unfortunately, the schedule was tight and I couldn't stay a few more days. Next time I will stay here again when I come to Anshun.
The bean and rice hotpot and breakfast shop recommended by Sister Yingzi are both delicious, and I particularly like the taste. This is the first time I write such a long review, because it is worth it. I wish Sister Yingzi’s B&B will get better and better 👍 I recommend everyone to stay here! !

Anonymous UserThis internet-famous guesthouse truly lives up to its reputation, with a total of 24 rooms. The biggest drawback is the number of stairs and the lack of an elevator, but everything else is excellent!
Location: It's situated next to the Balinghe Bridge in Guanling, about a 15-20 minute drive from the main Huangguoshu scenic area.
Ambiance: It's a popular guesthouse located in a small, charming village. The air is filled with the scent of mugwort. The 4th-floor observation deck is perfect for watching both sunsets and sunrises. You'll hear roosters crowing in the morning.
Facilities: Be prepared to climb stairs, as the highest floor is the 4th. There is a dedicated luggage elevator for your bags. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful but a bit noisy (earplugs are provided by the hotel). There's a self-service laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, along with laundry pods.
Service: The butler-style service is prompt and friendly. I really appreciated the small farewell gift upon check-out.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Restaurant: They offer a buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch, and dinner requires advance ordering and reservation, with a notification when it's ready. The cocktails at the bar are excellent.

Guest UserExcellent value for money! I spent quite a while choosing a hotel in the area and settled on this one, and it exceeded my expectations – I'm very satisfied!
Facilities: The washer-dryer combo is incredibly practical. A large shower! Disposable towels! Good quality slippers! And a large projector screen with a membership for movies!
Hygiene: Very clean!
Environment: Lots of food options nearby, so no need to rush to the Second Tourist Center for meals.
Service: The owner dropped us off at the First Tourist Center, which made getting to attractions and back to Anshun West very convenient. The hotel also stored our luggage for free. After a long day of sightseeing, I was exhausted and didn't want to go back to the hotel, so I contacted the owner, who enthusiastically helped us deliver our stored luggage to the First Tourist Center (it was the off-season, and I was charming!). In summary, it exceeded my expectations, and I'm extremely satisfied!

The hotel's main entrance is about 150 meters to the right of the sightseeing bus's 'Grand Waterfall Station'. From the 'Grand Waterfall Station', you can catch sightseeing buses to all attractions and the main scenic area entrance, making getting around extremely convenient. For photography enthusiasts, if you wake up early and turn left out of the main entrance, walking along the pedestrian path will lead you to a viewing platform opposite the Grand Waterfall, often called 'God's perspective,' where you can wait for the sunrise. The hotel offers 24-hour 'butler service,' so you can voice any concerns in the butler group chat. The rooms are elegantly designed and fully equipped with amenities. Afternoon tea is delivered to your room, and the self-service breakfast offers a rich variety. We had a distinctive and memorable 'sour soup fish' for dinner. If you're driving, you can ask the butler to register your license plate with the scenic area, allowing your car to enter the scenic area and park in the hotel's parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

MoguxiaotianThe hotel's location is excellent; turn left outside, and you can catch a tourist bus to various scenic routes. The hotel itself is quite good, with a well-equipped gym and laundry room, and the breakfast is also decent. Five-star praise goes to the hotel's operations manager! We met him when our child was playing in the pool, and he gave us many great tips on how to explore the Big Waterfall and other fun and tasty spots nearby. We followed his advice: in the morning, we went to Tianxingqiao, then did the 'Little Yellow Duck' rafting. Around 4 PM, we visited the Big Waterfall and walked through the Water Curtain Cave. At the exit, we tried Gongding tea. Because rafting took up some time, we had to skip Doupotang, saving it for a night tour next time. Finally, at Visitor Center No. 2, we used our package ticket for the 'Fly Over Huangguoshu' experience. It was a perfect day, and we're very grateful for the suggestions!

One of the rooms had a smoke smell, and after reporting it to the front desk, they promptly sent a Xiaomi air purifier, which perfectly solved the problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade.
Anshun West High-Speed Train Station pickup: The pickup service was quick, and the car was clean and odor-free.

Guest UserTo this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place.

WuxianlvjudeguodaThe front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend.

SkyzhouHow should I put it? I arrived at 4 PM, and they told me the room wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for ages, and it only got sorted when I started getting agitated. Once inside, there was a musty smell, so I asked to change rooms, which I understand happens. But the breakfast... it was so bad I questioned why I booked seven days with hotel breakfast. I took photos; see for yourself. The location is okay, not far from the old town. It's just the service and breakfast that left me speechless.

Guest UserThe hotel's facilities and equipment are very good, and the sanitation is also very good. I stayed for three nights and the aunt knocked on the door every day and cleaned the environment very well. It is right next to Xintiandi Snack Street. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the check-in process was easy. It is very convenient and the small furnishings in the room are also very beautiful. It is worth recommending.
