"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."

"Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe."

The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad."

"Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Problems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!"

The mirror in the room has a touch screen switch, which is very nice. The breakfast is also very good and tastes good. There are barbecue restaurants, hot pot restaurants, and Xinjiang specialties nearby. It is a 5-minute drive from the pedestrian street. Very satisfied, most importantly, it is quiet, comfortable, and sleeps well!

Guest UserTraveling with my family, I booked the most cost-effective hotel 🏨 via Beitun. The reception at the front desk was very warm. Seeing that we were bringing the elderly and children, and they were given fruit tea and fruit tea during the check-in process, I really felt the enthusiasm. I will definitely book it. The family room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very clean. My parents agreed. We went downstairs to ask for food recommendations in the surrounding area. The staff also patiently recommended us several good local restaurants that are cost-effective and affordable. This is a very good stay experience

超省心的一次入住！下次來北屯還選這家
這次在北屯入住的這家酒店完全超出預期，從辦理入住到退房都特別順暢，必須認真誇誇！
位置真的太絕了，步行五分鐘就能到步行街 晚上逛廣場 走路回酒店超安全。周邊還有好幾家本地人常去的抓飯店，早上出門特別方便。
衞生做得很到位，進房間就看到床單、被罩乾乾淨淨沒有一點污漬，衞生間的瓷磚和洗漱台擦得發亮，連浴室的玻璃門都沒有水漬，住着特別放心。
服務也特別貼心，前台小姐姐辦理入住時速度很快，還主動給我們推薦了附近的小眾美食店，説避開了旅遊團常去的坑。晚上朋友不小心把充電器落在大堂，工作人員發現後直接送到了房間，細節滿分！
房間空間比想象中大，我們訂的雙床房，兩個人住完全不擠。床品很柔軟，枕頭高度剛好，每天逛累了回來都能睡個好覺。Wi-Fi信號也很穩定，刷視頻、開視頻會議都不卡頓，空調製冷快還沒噪音，住着特別舒服。
能住到這個地段、品質和服務的酒店，性價比真的很高。不管是來北屯旅遊還是出差，都特別推薦這家！

There are two barbecue restaurants next to it. I booked two rooms. There was something wrong with the faucet of the wash basin in the double bed room that I booked. The water flow was relatively small, but everything else was fine.

The design of the cabin is full of technology, with 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, push the window to see the scenery, and watch the Galaxy River at night. Anonymous User四個人四張床，不被孩子擠，很舒服。就是裡外間需要共用空調，不太方便。走廊裏煙味很大，需要加強引導。前台妹妹登記身份證時，先給的她預訂人證件，並且告訴她是用這個名字預訂的，然後才給的其他人的證件，她一把抓過去所有身份證，馬上又問我拿什麼名字訂的？顯得很不專業，美甲也長長的，敲鍵盤很不利落。早餐自助，就是粥，幾樣小菜，花捲。雞蛋不能自取，有阿姨按人數發到你手裡，一人一個，還有一顆蛋白髮黃，明顯不新鮮了。也真的是無語，至於麼？有人吃十個？還是雞蛋十塊錢一個？無論是國內外的五星級，還是民宿農家樂，雞蛋摳成這樣我真是頭一回遇到，這樣真不好，改善改善吧。
