"Service: Check-in was quick, and any items requested by phone were delivered instantly. Housekeeping was meticulous.
Environment: The newly opened hotel boasts an exceptionally beautiful environment. There's a large common area on the first floor, very convenient for waiting for transportation or other people.
Facilities: Three washing machines and dryers are provided; the facilities are excellent. You can check their usage status on your phone or on the TV. However, I suggest adding access control, like some hotels in the All Seasons area. While doing laundry, I overheard someone admitting they weren't guests using the washing machines. The same issue occurred with breakfast; it wasn't for guests to come in and freeload. We paid for our accommodation, not for people to freeload."

The shower water pressure was strong and consistent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel for a good rest was incredibly relaxing. The service here is excellent, and the room facilities don't look old at all. A large balcony is a highlight. The breakfast service is also very good, and in the afternoon, there's an artist performing the erhu in the lobby, which truly suits Zhijin Hotel. XteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
