The service was great! They offer complimentary popcorn, tea, coffee, drinks, and candies. There's also a small convenience store inside, perfect for grabbing travel essentials. The room was spacious, quite a long rectangle – it felt like a little trek from the door to the window! The shower pressure was excellent, and the washing machine and dryer were both brand new. Plus, there's a swimming pool for kids to enjoy. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll need to drive about 7km to the nearby Pingyuan Ancient Town for food. We went to Zhijin Ancient City for a 'laoguo' (hot pot), and there's also a Temple of Wealth to explore. It's a decent choice for a stopover on the way to Zhijin Cave.

Must praise this service! The staff is gentle, not familiar with the things, ask questions in time, the waiter is very patient, there is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby. There is also a self-service laundry room and a dryer, washing and drying is too suitable for travel. Very convenient, clean, the room is dry and wet, the bedding is soft and the mattress is very comfortable, like my home, it is very quiet at night, I slept well all night, there is a demand response super fast, come to Luxi to live in his house without stepping on thunder, next time I will choose his home

The stay experience exceeded expectations, highly recommended! The location is very convenient, travel and eating are easy to find, parking has exclusive parking spaces, and self-driving travel is completely stress-free. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in speed was very fast, and they also took the initiative to inform the breakfast time and supporting facilities, and the service was particularly intimate. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was clean and bright, there was no smell, and the overall was simple and refreshing. The room hygiene is impeccable, the floor, bedding, and bathroom are cleaned very meticulously, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is on, the water is stable, and the toilet and shower glass are spotless. The mattress is moderately firm, the pillow comfort is online, the sound insulation is very good at night, and the whole night is safe and sound. The room is fully equipped, with high-speed WiFi, desk, charging sockets, and enough for business trips. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry drying area, which is very convenient for washing laundry during the trip. The breakfast is rich in variety, porridge noodles, buns, drinks and fruits are available, the freshly cooked noodles taste very good, and the price is full. This was definitely quite remote. Beware, it is very hard to get a Didi here, and the location is located up a steep hill, which is not intuitive to find (even if you speak Chinese). The room was a tad dirty and smelled a bit off, even though it was quite spacious. The servious was very nice though and the staff were kind.

Overall, this is a really excellent local five-star hotel. Zhijin isn't a big place, and compared to other small cities in Guizhou, Zhijin Hotel is a cut above. The hygiene is good, the hotel room facilities are relatively new, and the quality of the amenities is decent. The Chinese restaurant offers generous portions and the food tastes great. The hotel itself is grandly built with good views. The service is slightly less refined than what you'd find at a chain five-star hotel in a major city, but they still have a proactive service mindset. The hotel's SPA and foot massage service is excellent; it's very refreshing after a walk through Zhijin Cave. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhijin!

Service: The hotel staff is attentive and helpful, and any issues were promptly resolved. Accommodation: The cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and family-friendly, without feeling cramped. The value for money is excellent. Overall, the value is excellent and highly recommended.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation; the subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart toilet and Xiaodu voice control were a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with freshly cooked wontons and local specialties being a pleasant surprise. Special praise goes to Xiao Wang at the front desk; he not only upgraded our room for free but also patiently recommended nearby attractions. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is arguably the best hotel in Baili Dujuan. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The temperature here is pleasant in summer, making it a great escape from the heat. In the evenings, you can relax by reading in the central garden or having some tea and browsing on your phone in the hotel lobby. Oh, and there are even concerts in the evening, which is a nice option if you want to let loose a bit.

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
