"Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!"

"The soundproofing is really bad. Someone checked into the next room late at night, and I could hear every footstep inside their room clearly. The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say."

"Planting grass hotel! For the first time, I want to talk about the accommodation experience! The humanistic atmosphere is full! Get used to the fast pace of first-tier cities, occasionally come to the small county to enjoy the ”slow life”.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, you can see the aunts' intentions and hard work.
Environment: Elegant and comfortable, there is a grand piano in the hotel lobby, full of artistic atmosphere.
Service: Entering the lobby, the front desk lady was very warm and greeted, and also asked what tea to drink.
Facilities: It is only a ten-minute walk from the Glass City and seven or eight minutes from Danyang Railway Station."

"There was a strong smell when I entered the room. I couldn't tell whether it was damp and moldy or the smell of the bathroom. Oh, the bathroom smelled quite strong too.
The bed was clean, but I really couldn't understand the mirror facing the bed... Maybe I was timid, and I didn't sleep well facing the bed all night.
The service was still okay, and the reception staff in the lobby were gentle.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the accommodation environment🥲

"Plenty of parking spaces available, and it's free. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, and I'll definitely be back. I slept really well; the room was quite large and very quiet for resting. You can even store your luggage after checking out, which is a big plus! The room had great natural light, filled with sunshine, which felt very therapeutic."

The hotel is clean, every time I come to Lucheng, I choose this accommodation, breakfast is rich, there are wontons, fried dough sticks, buns, etc., I am very satisfied with the food.

Guest UserI have come here every year to visit relatives for the past ten years and will not come again this time. The security guard may be in a bad mood and yells at people with a straight face. There are two Home Inn parking spaces on the ground and there is an empty one. He runs over and yells at who told you to park in this place. Wherever you park, you have to park. This is the boss's parking space. With the elders in the family, I don't want to argue with him. Next time, I hope the hotel will change the words ”Home Inn Car Guard” to ”the boss's parking space” so that people will not park randomly.

The water was cut off at home, the room was opened to take a bath, the hotel upgraded the room, it felt really good! I have always liked this hotel! There is Vietnamese coffee, tea bags! Dry and wet separation! Clean and comfortable!

🏠The entrance of the hotel is very beautiful and impressive, and the interior has a very atmospheric feel.
🎮There is a lifestyle street just two steps away from the hotel, with supermarkets, food, drinks, and hair salons all available. It is suitable for shopping in the evening.
🚄It’s 5 minutes away from Danyang Station. You can get on the bus as soon as you leave the hotel by taking a taxi. It’s super convenient.
❗️The most important thing is that the front desk is very good. They will patiently answer any questions I ask. They also thoughtfully help me recommend travel strategies. They are very considerate.

Guest UserThe environment was excellent, with a simple yet elegant decor, leaning towards a business style, which I liked. As for cleanliness, it was impeccably clean, even the corners were spotless, the floor was practically glowing, and the sheets and duvet covers were brand new. I slept very comfortably. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was excellent value for money! I would definitely stay here again next time.

However, it felt like the management was run by unqualified individuals. The front desk staff were incompetent, items in the rooms were not properly arranged, and the amount of breakfast prepared was significantly less than the occupancy rate, leading to a scramble for food and some guests not getting any. The service staff were also rude.
