"Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!"

"The soundproofing is really bad. Someone checked into the next room late at night, and I could hear every footstep inside their room clearly. The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say."

Environment: Elegant and comfortable, there is a grand piano in the hotel lobby, full of artistic atmosphere. I have come here every year to visit relatives for the past ten years and will not come again this time. The security guard may be in a bad mood and yells at people with a straight face. There are two Home Inn parking spaces on the ground and there is an empty one. He runs over and yells at who told you to park in this place. Wherever you park, you have to park. This is the boss's parking space. With the elders in the family, I don't want to argue with him. Next time, I hope the hotel will change the words ”Home Inn Car Guard” to ”the boss's parking space” so that people will not park randomly.

The reasons are as follows 1️⃣The hotel is in a good location, not noisy around, and is only a starting price away from scenic spots such as Glass City and Wanshan Park Haihui Temple. 2️⃣The room is comfortable, the whole house is smart, and the breakfast noodles are delicious 3️⃣Suitable for those who love to sleep. Check-out time is 2 o'clock. The curtains are closed to block light. Special praise to Aunt Wang on the third floor for her great service attitude! praise!

I booked a hotel last night. It was pretty good. The room was not big and it was quite clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations. I didn't expect that a hotel with more than 200 yuan would have a rich breakfast. The hotel aunt's service is very good. She took the initiative to help dry the clothes and deliver them to the room. Thumbs up!

The environment was excellent, with a simple yet elegant decor, leaning towards a business style, which I liked. As for cleanliness, it was impeccably clean, even the corners were spotless, the floor was practically glowing, and the sheets and duvet covers were brand new. I slept very comfortably. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was excellent value for money! I would definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk staff were incompetent, items in the rooms were not properly arranged, and the amount of breakfast prepared was significantly less than the occupancy rate, leading to a scramble for food and some guests not getting any.
