"This stay was absolutely perfect! Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive; she proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completed check-in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. Upon check-out, she even inquired about my stay. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, and the butler service was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Sanxingdui. I'm very satisfied. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"This time I traveled for two nights and I felt very good. What made me most satisfied was that the big TV looked very cool. The third floor was relatively quiet. First of all, the price is high, less than 300 for two nights. Clean and tidy, I didn't expect there will be a disposable toilet pad! 🥺 The environment is relatively simple outside the hotel or inside. There is a gym, breakfast room, etc. Although I have not been there, there is a small restaurant next to the hotel. I can have breakfast or lunch. I ordered a very good one. The service is still very good. The next afternoon, there will be an aunt who will collect garbage, make up some goods, etc. The facilities are still very complete, smarter, there is a small cloth, a small refrigerator, a hot water bottle, a tea cup, etc. This pillow has four cool. "Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

"Check in was fast and we were upgraded to our surprise. We received a complimentary plate of fruits whilst we were out. Amenities are so so, meaning toothbrush bristle would come out whilst brushing teeth and get stuck in teeth. Their gym is huge, the body builder kind of gym and was so impressed that it is the only photos I took of the hotel. Laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers so there could be a queue to use it. The detergent is provided in room. Overall location is near the exit of highway and town is about 10 mins away. Fontoo exceeded expectations for our experience."

"The front desk was very welcoming, the check-in was fast and intimate, and I took the initiative to recommend nearby food to us! The room was very clean and the sheets were covered with no stains, the corners of the bathroom were cleaned and there was no smell at all. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. It's a garden-style hotel with fully equipped rooms and great toiletries. The Sanxingdui afternoon tea that came with it was both beautiful and delicious. I hope they can increase the variety of breakfast items, as I wasn't a big fan of several cold dishes and pickles in the set menu.

Compared to the hotel near Jiuzhaigou's entrance we stayed at the night before, this place was half the price but didn't skimp on quality, either in terms of facilities or service. As soon as we entered the room, my daughter was so excited, exclaiming about the projector, the portable toilet, and the modern minimalist decor. The hotel even offers a complimentary late-night snack service that's surprisingly good – hot congee, bread, desserts, and fruit. Our main reason for coming to Guanghan was Sanxingdui. While there's a Sanxingdui station on the high-speed rail, Guanghan North Station is closer, and getting to and from the hotel by taxi was very convenient.

Hygiene: Personal feeling, neat and clean. Environment: There is a parking lot downstairs. There are plenty of parking spaces. When you leave your car, you need to go to the front desk to get a parking code to enjoy free parking. The hotel is not far from the highway exit, but it is quite quiet at night. Service: The service staff has a good attitude and answers all questions. Facilities: The room is very spacious, with two large beds in the suite. It feels very spacious. I personally feel that it would be better to add a sofa or a large table in it.

This hotel is very clean and at good location. There are garden opposite the hotel. Street food Markets just next door. Less than 20min to bullet train station and san xin duai museum. They provide washing machine and dyer. They also offer unlimited bottle of water and mini snacks. One thing to be mindful of is the noise generate at the street food market and ppl dancing on the square can be hear from the room but the good thing is they stop around 10pm

The soundproofing of the room is really poor. When taking a bath in the next room, the water flow and drainage sound are very loud. In the middle of the night, I have been listening to the sound of other guests taking the stairs and opening and closing the door. The quality of sleep is greatly affected. The check-in experience really depends on luck. It is almost blindly gambling on the quality of other guests. As long as you encounter a slightly late sleep or noisy tenant, it is difficult to rest well. In addition, the hotel does not have an elevator, it is very inconvenient to carry large luggage or bring elders to stay. There are also people smoking directly in the lobby. I don’t see the staff immediately dissuade or deal with it. The whole public space is filled with smoke, which makes people feel that management needs to be strengthened. If you attach great importance to sleep quality, public environment and accommodation quality, it is recommended to carefully consider whether to stay

The hot spring was clean, the facilities were generally well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. However, there were several issues that I must complain about. First, the welcome fruit was lacking. For a family room with four guests, there was only one apple – it would have been better not to provide it at all. Similarly, there were only two sets of adult face towels and bath towels, and the only refreshment provided for children was a children's toothbrush. After returning, I asked my travel companions about the welcome fruit in the standard rooms, and they said there were apples, oranges, cherry tomatoes, etc. So, it's unclear whether this is due to inadequate training or laziness on the part of the housekeeping staff. Secondly, regarding the facilities, the shower and toilet doors in the family room were completely transparent glass, directly facing the sink and mirror. You could see yourself in the mirror while using the toilet. With children washing up and adults using the toilet behind them, and both clearly visible in the mirror, even for family members, it felt somewhat awkward. Another issue was the short bed. At 1.8 meters tall, my feet were already sticking out of the edge of the bed when I lay flat. Upon closer inspection, it wasn't that the bed was short, but rather a design flaw where the mattress extends 8-10 centimeters into the headboard. I suggest this be improved. Overall, the merits outweigh the flaws, but the amenities and services for the family rooms need improvement.

Very satisfied with this choice, from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service, the staff was very enthusiastic, professional check-in was efficient. I also took the initiative to help carry luggage and introduced the surrounding travel guides in detail. The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient, the disposable products are disinfected and individually packaged, it is safe to use, the breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western, the nutrition is reasonable, and it provides a full day of energy. There is also a tea shop upstairs to drink tea and chat with friends. The environment is elegant and clean. Next time I go to Deyang, I still like his home!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area. The room had modern amenities, and the staff were polite and helpful during my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. There were only a few choices available, and the menu did not vary much from day to day. While the food quality was acceptable, I expected more variety for the price and standard of the hotel. Overall, it was still a decent stay, especially for short trips, but improving the breakfast options would make the experience much better
