"The exterior is grand, but the interior is a complete mess! The bed in the room is so tight that if one person turns over, everyone else feels like they're on a boat. My husband and I were practically afraid to move, worried about disturbing our child's sleep. The bedside table was so wobbly that we didn't dare put anything on it. We contacted the hotel, and they replaced the bedside table with two decent ones, but the bed issue remained unresolved because we saw the same problem in other rooms! The floors and walls were dilapidated, and the breakfast selection and quality were worse than a budget hotel.
The only redeeming quality was the smiling service from the staff, who genuinely tried to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, the hotel is just too old."

"As soon as I entered the hotel, I was poked in the aesthetics of red bricks and logs. The retro and warm texture came out, and the photos were all life aesthetics. The facilities are well maintained, there is no old feeling, from bedding to toiletries are all with care; Environmental sanitation is nothing to say, the corners are clean, and the living is particularly at ease. The most pleasant surprise is the large terrace on the eighth floor! At night, the wind blows to see the night view, the city lights are panoramic, and the fatigue of the day is instantly swept away. GGuest UserWe specifically went there to see the sunrise and sunset. The road up the mountain definitely tested our driving skills. The guesthouse didn't disappoint; the facilities were quite good. They didn't provide towels or toothbrushes, but the customer service representative reminded us when we booked. Overall, it was a good experience and worth recommending. We were disappointed that we didn't see the beautiful sunrise. The receptionist was very nice and provided excellent service, explaining everything in detail. Kitchen utensils were provided free of charge, so you could cook or barbecue. The room had good air conditioning and plenty of hot water, but the blankets were a bit thin. This was the largest room, a suite, and the bed was huge!
