"This is the first bad review that I can't wait to check out of the room and write a review. I took a shower at 11pm, thinking I would finish and rest early. My boyfriend told me that the shower head would fall and asked me to be careful. I thought it would be okay if I lowered it so that it wouldn't fall on my head. As a result, when I was about to finish, the shower head went up and soaked all my hair, and then fell down again. I had no choice but to wash my head casually again. Then when I came out, the room was freezing cold. I thought the heating was not turned on, but it turned on 30 degrees and I didn't feel warm at all.
