"The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the decor was quite nice. It also included a study area and a lounge area. Thank you for the upgrade to a room with a view. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the breakfast; it was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel's location is convenient, and the surrounding environment is pleasant. It was a satisfying random choice. I would definitely choose it again if I needed to go again."

"This is my first time to Duyun. When I checked in, the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me take my luggage to the 2nd floor. I wanted to see the tree view room on the street, because I was late, there was a room on the side of the community, but the unexpected community also had a big holly tree.
The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to order takeaway. The infrastructure is smart and the cleaning is very positive and clean. The bedding is also comfortable. The washing machine dryer is super convenient and easy to use.
But my favorite is the design of the balcony hanging basket. It is really super comfortable to lie on the hanging basket in the morning. It feels good to watch the beautiful tree scenery.
Because this hotel makes me more like Duyun, if I have the opportunity to come back to Duyun, I will choose this hotel.
Finally, I have a small comment, change the shampoo brand, and this one doesn't feel very easy to use now."

"The hotel's location is great, and underground parking is really convenient. The family rooms were fully booked when I made the reservation, so I had to book two twin rooms. When we arrived, the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room – that was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and the late check-out until 3 PM was a huge plus."

"The hotel offers 24/7 butler service and smart technology throughout the rooms. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and welcoming, especially the personalized services, such as the robot-delivered desserts and milkshakes in the evening, the thoughtful gift upon check-out, and free refills of windshield washer fluid. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, with over ten kinds of Guizhou specialty dishes alone. However, the hotel management is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. For example, the twin room only had one bedside table, which wasn't placed between the two beds but against the wall. There was nowhere to put things on the other bed; items placed on the side would fall off when turning over. There was very little counter space in the room, only a long table and a chair. Even eating instant noodles in the hotel required switching locations. Contacting customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another unfortunate incident was that the entire building experienced a water outage the next morning due to heavy rain in Duyun, making it impossible to wash one's face or use the toilet. However, this was unavoidable and the hotel shouldn't be entirely blamed. Also, one wall in the corner of the room had a lot of peeling paint, looking quite dirty; the hotel should address this as soon as possible. Overall, the hotel is good."

"This time I stayed at the Shiban Ancient Street Hotel in Haiyou Duyun City. The experience was beyond expectations and must be five-star praise! The front desk is efficient and fast, with a warm and patient attitude, and also takes the initiative to inform the surrounding travel and dining suggestions, which is very intimate. The room was cleaned, the bedding was soft and odorless, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the hot water was stable, well ventilated, and the details were in place. Self-check-in and washing and drying services are very practical, the public areas are clean and quiet, and the overall price/performance ratio is full. As a chain of Huazhu, health and safety are guaranteed, and you can live in peace of mind and comfort. "From April 17th to 22nd, I stayed at Duyun Yundong Guizhou Hotel again. The hotel front desk manager Wang Shifang upgraded the room type. After staying for six days and five nights, I felt comfortable, the air was fresh, and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel does a good job in catering, with breakfast, lunch and dinner available, as well as late night snacks. The room attendants work diligently and provide enthusiastic service. MVBI traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself. This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!

The light is very dark. Two lights are on. Feedback to the proprietress said that every room is the same. The bathroom wall peeling off seriously. The toilet is a pile of wall peeling off the ground. The quilt has two yellow stains and the feedback is useless. The room is very stuffy and feels damp. Poor experience. video

My stay at Ouy Hotel was incredibly satisfying. The room amenities were excellent and easy to use. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and quiet. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk staff were warm and polite, and they responded promptly to all requests. The location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. The rooms are cleaned and the whole house is intelligent and convenient to use. The hotel is equipped with free parking spaces, self-service laundry room, gym, buffet breakfast, rich variety, delivery robots on call, complete facilities, the overall price is particularly high.

The location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though.
The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not.
I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap.
Overall, I guess it's worth the price.

The room was clean and spacious. The high-speed rail station was relatively close. It was two stops by bus at the high-speed rail station. I thought I would not be able to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station in the morning, but it was still quite good to take a taxi.
