"This hotel was a truly wonderful surprise! The location is top-notch, super convenient for getting around, being so close to both the subway station and major attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The wedding room and banquet hall are both in Hilton Garden Inn. The wedding room is indeed easy to be photographed. The cleaning lady saw that it was a wedding room and took the initiative to provide red sheets for the wedding room. The service awareness is great. The only regret is that the business suite wedding room we booked was changed to the next day, and then it was changed to a deluxe king-size bed room. When decorating the wedding room, the operation manager Mr. Feng helped to arrange and post the wedding characters, etc. I am very satisfied. Overall very nice"

"Jinhai Hotel brand has excellent hardware and a beautiful hot spring resort environment. It is my first time to stay in an executive suite. The area is large and the layout is not good. I could have added an extra single bed. It is a pity to waste space in the room. There are many sofas. There are not many varieties of breakfast in the hotel, which is rather average. Some varieties have already bottomed out around nine o'clock. The hot spring swimming pool and sports and fitness facilities are relatively high-end. Generally speaking, it is a good place for short-term relaxation."

They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
