The beds are generously sized; the 1.35m double beds are even suitable for families with two young children. The bedding is comfortable, and a selection of pillow types is available. Toiletries and bottled water are amply supplied, and additional beverages along with welcome fruits are also provided. The washroom area is brightly lit, and hot water is instant.
The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient. On our check-in day, our room cards were prepared swiftly and well in advance. During check-out, they proactively inquired about our stay experience and even presented us with a small gift."

"Our family was very satisfied with our stay at the hotel with mountain and water views.
There is a water park on one side of the hotel, the surrounding environment is very good, there is an independent hotel courtyard, and parking is very convenient.
The front desk service is thoughtful and friendly.
The rooms are comfortable and modern, the linens are clean and soft, the bathroom facilities are good, the bath water volume is large, and the shower gel and shampoo smell good.
The buffet breakfast has a wide variety and is well made. The freshly made wontons and noodles taste as good as those in high-star hotels."

I booked four rooms for two nights, but the next day, the room cards of the four rooms took turns and could not open the door. Some happened in the morning, some happened at noon, and some were good during the day. At night, the effect of the room card suddenly... What's more strange is a room card that has been updated. Once again, I can't use it. I ran to the front desk to update the room card, but the waiter didn't even say sorry... The hotel in such a C location, I hope the service will also make the guests have a C-level experience."
