"Friends from other places came to Heze to see Peony. I stayed at this hotel once in the past two years. I wanted to book a hotel next to Peony Garden. I just saw this one. After my friend checked out, I always praised Lavande's service facilities and sanitation. It was only a few minutes away from Peony Garden! My friend is not familiar with Heze in the field, I don’t have time to accompany me. The hotel is very careful to have a guide to play. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the hotel's general manager Helen, manager Wang Bob, and sales director Kevin, all of whom were very sincere, enthusiastic, kind, and dedicated. Jiahecheng has a lot of dining, probably took a look at the brand chain is not less than the big city, after visiting the peony garden to go to Jiahecheng to eat and then stroll back to the hotel, time is rushed to take breakfast, other aspects are very good"

The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! Five-star praise, recommended!

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
