"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower, and some rooms even offer direct views of it. Downstairs, you'll find a lively bookshop street with a wide variety of local snacks. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly dedicated and responsible, providing excellent service, which I'd like to commend. The hotel also has parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. In the room, there's complimentary Haibi soda, which isn't a knock-off, but a genuine local Henan product, so feel free to enjoy it. It's delicious!"

"LOCATION is great. Just beside drum tower and a very nice bookstore street which alos transforms into a street market at night.
My room faces the road so there's some road noise but it's not a major thoroughfare at night so it gets quiet after late night with some light honking occasionally. The room type I bought has lots of living room space which I like.

"My stay at Ping Song Hotel in Kaifeng was an absolute embodiment of 'Song Dynasty charm.' The moment I stepped into the lobby, the antique furnishings and perfectly lit ambiance immediately created an incredible atmosphere. The room facilities were very modern, especially the smart control system – I could turn on the lights and close the curtains just by speaking, which was a dream for someone like me! Yet, the overall design blended perfectly with the Song Dynasty style, without any jarring elements. The cleanliness deserves full marks; the floors and tabletops were spotless, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. Most importantly, the bedding felt meticulously cared for – clean and soft, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided a Kaifeng tourist map. Room service was also very prompt. The biggest bonus was the souvenir I received when checking out: a beautifully packaged box of Kaifeng chrysanthemum tea. This thoughtful gesture truly touched me and brought my Kaifeng trip to a perfect close."

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"Traveling with my best friend, the most satisfying part of our stay was definitely the bed and mattress! It was perfectly balanced, not too hard like some hotel mattresses that hurt your back, and not too soft that you wake up with aches and pains. The room was spacious, odor-free, and every corner was thoroughly cleaned. The hallway was quiet at night, the toiletries were complete and high-quality, and the staff were gentle and attentive. A serendipitous discovery: this amazing guesthouse! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its enormous garden – the lush greenery was beautifully arranged, creating a tranquil oasis in the city. Every snapshot was a masterpiece of ambiance.
The living room furniture was incredibly stylish, both in terms of quality and aesthetics, with tasteful details throughout. The room featured a separate bathtub and a huge terrace; at night, watching the light and shadows play in the distance was pure bliss – I didn't want to leave!
Even more delightful was the butler's attentive service. His gentle and considerate approach made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. Located near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the Imperial River, the location is superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel was quite good. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. The room had excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to fully unwind from my travels and sleep very soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was stable with good pressure. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel service was very responsive; any requests were handled promptly and effectively!

Guest UserThe property is nestled in a very sweet and lovely neighbourhood in Kaifeng. There are really amazing food places just a short pace away and some of the attractions, such as Kaifengfu are pretty close. It is only a 5-10 minute drive from Kaifeng station and is fairly easy to locate. One of the nicest things about this hotel are the people running it. The couple is extremely sweet and kind, always welcoming and hospitable. With my limited language fluency, I could not talk much with them but their presence made it easy. The room was sparkling clean when checking in, the bed was very comfortable, and a wonderful lobby to have tea or just hangout. One of the best parts about this property certainly is it's location: it's nestled in away from about 2-3 minutes walk from the main street and is in a very lovely compound of local houses in Kaifeng. If you decide to take a walk around the hotel's backstreet, you'd get to see some of the local residential areas in Kaifeng. I would certainly stay again at this property when I revisit Kaifeng. It was wonderful and only a short taxi drive or walk away from all the major must see places in Kaifeng. Highly recommended for solo travelers', couples, or families.

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

Guest UserThis is, hands down, the most convenient hotel for visiting Wansui Mountain. When you're tired, you can pop back to your room to cool down and rehydrate in no time – it's literally just across the road, less than a 5-minute walk. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind! She upgraded us to a family room and even gave us complimentary breakfast. After enjoying some authentic Hulatang, we could gaze at the Kaifeng Iron Pagoda and the East Gate of Wansui Mountain right from our window. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kaifeng.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

Hotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue).
The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

LluyuThis is a must-stay hotel when visiting Kaifeng! The hotel grounds are as vast as a park, and they even offer a shuttle service to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The food is delicious and the portions are so generous you'll be stuffed. After exploring in the morning, we came back to the hotel and went for a swim after lunch. The pool was clean and hygienic, and there was even a dedicated massage pool. Our room had a huge balcony with picturesque views. The staff were all warm and genuine. This trip was definitely worth it!
