"Staying at this hotel during my trip to Kaili was a great experience. The overall environment is excellent. The lobby is spacious, bright, and grand, while the guest rooms are well-lit, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable and quiet layout that creates a very pleasant living atmosphere. "Start from when we arrive at the train station, because we do not know how to go, and not that far, so, the boss helped us, picking up from the train station. Went inside, already asked for a seated toilet, he also upgraded my room. After a few days travelling from Zhangjiajie, I finally enjoyed the warm water from the shower room that also a plus point. I like the Japanese style toilet also. He also has connections with someone that can drive you to xijiang thousand village, so, you do not need to walk to the train station. Boss also helped me with my Taobao, that I Miss type information inside. Hotels also have a water filter for you to top up your flask. The room is perfectly clean. The layout of the room is also good. At the end of our journey, because we got many suitcases, the handsome boss drove us back to the train station. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend who wants to stay in Kaili south"

The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with a giant leaf-shaped chandelier that's incredibly stylish and incorporates local ethnic characteristics. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. "I booked this for a friend's family, and they gave amazing feedback! They said this is truly the best hotel in Kaili. Both the service and facilities were absolutely fantastic. The 'Kali Lao Cai Supper [Double Meal]' was delicious and authentic. The breakfast was very unique and catered perfectly to both adults and children, with a great variety of options. They even made badges at the hotel, each family member creating their own design – a wonderful way to remember their trip to Kaili! Upon check-out, they even received some red sour soup as a gift. The location is also excellent, right in the city center, close to everything. It's just a few minutes' drive to Xiuli Tao, and there are many authentic Kaili eateries nearby. The hotel is also directly across the street from a park, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner, and Kaili is beautiful this season with flowers everywhere. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find Jingying Road Pedestrian Street, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. It's also very close to the Kaili Museum, which offers free admission. If you want to go to the park, it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Plus, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great bonus!"

Qinglin Miao House is located in Nanhua Miao Village. It is very quiet to live in the mountains, and you can also go for a stroll! The location is convenient for transportation, and it’s quick to get to Langde Miao Village and Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village! Comfortable stay!

We stayed 3 nights in Leli Villa. The best part was the prompt butler services - they helped us arranged a shared transport to & fro 镇远古城 which is 135km away. In addition, picked up and dropped off at 凯里南站 were provided. Breakfast was sumptuous; daily fruits, afternoon tea and nightly desserts were also provided. We could feel their sincerity in making their guest's stay comfortably. Aesthetically, the hotel”s decor was nice. However, the worst part was the bathroom. There was no place at all to hang your towel nor clothes. There was a big bathtub placed in the room which was not essential. I would rather have a nice couch or another table for us to place our stuff. Light switches behind the bed were unreachable and we had to on/off lights near door entrance.

Came here from Atour Libo ,that alone speaks volume as to why we chose Atour again.One of the reason we chose Atour was that breakfast was till 10.30am.Most hotels stop at 10am.Being free and easy travellers,we're in no rush. The room we took has some traffic noise but not as obtrusive for us. There are many restaurants nearby ,mainly similar type guizhou food.Sour fish soup etc. Will choose Atour again for the rooms and great service. Oh,the laundry service is most convenient for tourist as the system they use is a time saver.Drop yr laundry in the laundry room and write yr room number .They will either send to yr room or u can pick up once it's done .Just check with reception.

Overall, this stay was just okay. The location was a plus, very convenient for getting around. The room was bright and clean, but the bedding was uncomfortable, especially the pillows; several of my travel companions complained about how difficult it was to sleep on them. The front desk staff were friendly, but the perfume was too strong, making the overall experience a bit unpleasant.

This homestay in Xiasi Ancient Town was probably my favorite place we stayed during our trip. The property has a charming farmhouse feel blended with modern comfort. Inside, the design is clean and updated, while outside you step into a rustic, peaceful setting with plants growing around the courtyard and a small pond that makes it feel like you’re staying on a quiet farm. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the views were lovely and calming. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious rice noodles for breakfast. Xiasi Ancient Town itself is super cute and worth exploring, and staying here made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the road, making it easy to get around. The lobby is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are all smiles and very enthusiastic during check-in. They mentioned that after checking in, we could receive complimentary fruit, milk, and soup. They also offer laundry service, where clothes are washed, dried, and returned to the room, with no limit on the number of items or times. All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The new Chinese style layout design is warm and elegant, which is my favorite decoration style. The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. It seems that the boss is a person who pays great attention to the quality of life. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.

The guesthouse was great—clean, hygienic, and with a great riverside view. They even upgraded our room because it was the off-season. The landlady and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave our child a cute batik bag. After exploring the ancient town, we highly recommend this place!

This is such an authentic place to stay and a perfect location in the ancient town. My room was great and overlooked the river and at night the lights were beautiful. The hosts are super helpful and all my questions were answered using translation apps. The fact no one spoke English didn’t matter as we communicated effectively using the apps. The family cooked me a lovely dinner in the evening and everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is a really lovely ancient town not visited by many foreigners. If you want to visit an authentic real ancient town I recommend you stay here. Such great value for money.
