"Staying in Kaili for one night, the Hampton by Hilton was an excellent choice. The room was neat and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was very personable. The breakfast was great; you absolutely have to try the sour soup rice noodles or regular noodles. I'd definitely go back again if I have the chance."

"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"The hotel upgraded our room type, which was fantastic! I especially loved the squat toilet – very clean and hygienic. The air conditioning was also great, and the room had good natural light. It's only about a 500-meter walk to the high-speed rail station, so overall, it was a good stay."

"Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"The room was incredibly spacious! Absolutely amazing! A big shout out to Zhao at the front desk for helping us arrange for a bellhop to take our luggage to the room. She also made sure we got connecting rooms, which was fantastic! And the service of storing our items in the fridge and delivering them to our room at 6 AM was excellent. This was by far the best and largest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Guizhou, and the breakfast was also superb."

"At the last minute we revised our plans to visit Zhaoxing & decided to head over to Xiasi ancient town instead. Kaili Zhoumayi leaped to the eye and we were indeed glad it did. The kind landlady picked us up near the bus stop & also arranged a ride for us back to the train station the next morning. The hotel was in the vicinity of the ancient town & it was lovely walking around in the evening while enjoying the local vibes. The hotel seems to be a family business. The close cooperation among the members can be clearly observed during the making & serving of their delicious breakfast of local noodles"

The manageress was pleasant Older people might need to arrange assistance. The cute room- as the hotelitself- overlooked the river which would have been ideal for the Dragon Boat Festival which I missed by a week. A chair would have been a useful addition."

"Finally found a gem of a guesthouse! The built-in heated infinity pool is amazing—the water is so clean and clear, perfect for taking photos, and incredibly relaxing in the water. The room experience was simply divine! The bedding was so soft and comfortable against my skin, I instantly relaxed and slept soundly. The toiletries were of superb quality, gentle and pleasant, leaving my skin soft and supple after washing. The attention to detail was exceptional. The dining was also a delightful surprise! The main courses were exquisite and delicious, with fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. The breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared, nutritionally balanced, and incredibly tasty—I was completely satisfied every day. The overall environment was clean and elegant, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. Whether it was relaxing in the water or enjoying a relaxing stay, it was perfectly balanced. The price was incredibly reasonable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. A truly unconditional recommendation!"
The Streamscape Retreat at Xijiang
"The hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village Scenic Area, about 1.5 kilometers away, a quick two to three-minute drive. This is a big plus because it allows you to avoid the crowds and noise inside the scenic area. More importantly, you don't have to haul your luggage onto a tourist shuttle and then search for your hotel with all your bags. The hotel service is excellent. If you want to go to the scenic area, the owner will drive you to the North Gate. After you're done exploring, you can call, and the owner will pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. This service is truly outstanding. The hotel is newly built. While the rooms aren't huge, the facilities are brand new and very clean. There's a restaurant at the hotel, and the owner makes delicious sour soup beef. Breakfast isn't elaborate, quite simple actually, but the taste is pretty good. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended."

"Our local experience butler service was fantastic: the staff were warm and attentive, sending us information about local activities in advance, and helping with our luggage all the way to our room. The breakfast was also excellent, with many of the side dishes and ingredients being homemade. The decor and design are truly outstanding for Kaili, and the room's arrangements were very thoughtful. There are also various experiential activities available at the hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends, and if I go to Kaili again, I'll definitely stay here."
