"Before coming, I was worried the hot spring might just be boiler water, but after a soak, those concerns vanished. It really felt like a genuine hot spring – I left feeling completely refreshed! There are plenty of pools, both indoor and outdoor, so there’s something for everyone. I absolutely have to praise the service! The staff were so warm and cheerful; it was a real pleasure to interact with them. They were efficient and prompt in handling requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. However, I do have a few minor suggestions. When I first checked in, the initial room smelled strongly of smoke and the phone wasn't working. After some coordination, I was able to switch rooms. I hope the hotel can improve its smoke odor removal in rooms, or perhaps clearly designate non-smoking areas to enhance the guest experience. Also, some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the wardrobe height was inconvenient, making it a bit difficult to retrieve clothes. Overall, I still highly recommend this place and hope the hotel can fine-tune these details!"

"I really enjoyed living in this hotel. A very nice girl at the front desk met and showed me the room. Very clean and comfortable. There is no elevator in the hotel, but this is not a problem for me. The room has everything for relaxation: a comfortable bed, soft pillows, a warm blanket, a kettle, water and a mug. The bathroom does not divide into a dry and wet area, but everything is very ergonomic. Everything was convenient for me. There are all disposable hygiene items: toothbrushes, combs, slippers. I felt at home. The atmosphere of home comfort, as if I came to visit my sister and stayed overnight in her cozy and warm house. I recommend booking this hotel. I want to come back here again."

Longjing City is clean and tidy as a whole, there are not many people, the small hotel is very easy to find, there are some parking spaces on the roadside. The hotel owner has a very good service attitude and also provides tourist routes for our reference. The room is clean and tidy, the triple room is not small, the overall is good!"
