A big thumbs up to the restaurant! It was the first time I felt at home away from home. The owner upgraded us to a suite with a pool and projector. The Longyou Grottoes were just a few steps away. This is what a real vacation should be like. I've already made plans with my friends to come back again!

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very rich, the location was excellent, there were many snacks around, very close to the Nandaemun Cultural District, it was good to go for a walk at night.

The hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. The environment of the homestay is very good, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the ancient town of Liuchun Lake and Xikou. The boss was very enthusiastic in serving Nias and upgraded our room type for free. The children had a lot of fun. The boss also arranged a dinner of 7 dishes for only 200 yuan. I've never had athlete's foot and I'm always meticulous about my hygiene. This hotel was great in many ways, but the cleanliness and sanitation of the comforters and mattresses were severely lacking. I stayed for 6 days, and the comforters smelled musty every single day. By the second day, I started itching all over my body. The hotel seems to cater to elderly tour groups, and clearly, they aren't prioritizing sanitation, or ensuring the bedding is dry and clean. On the third day, my feet started itching, developing blisters that eventually broke. I also developed red patches on my body and scalp. I've already spent over 1000 yuan on medication, injections, and ointments. This isn't a malicious review; I've spent over 50,000 yuan at Oriental Wenlan over the past two years, and no less than 30,000 yuan at Atour and Radisson. It's been over half a month since I returned, and the situation is getting worse, it's unbearable. My feet are practically rotting away, the issues are spreading up to my ankles. The service was excellent, but the hygiene was absolutely terrible.

This was my second stay in Longhe. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my room for free! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening; the food was delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast offered many local Longyou snacks, such as steamed rice cakes, preserved fruits, and scallion buns. It's a ten-minute drive from Longyou High-Speed ​​Railway Station and also about a ten-minute drive from the city center, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is beautiful, with green lawns, a fishpond, and many fruit trees.

We drove here, and there was a parking lot at the door. It was very close and convenient to the B&B. Butler Wang was very friendly and took us to the room personally. Our needs were also responded to promptly. There is a large swimming pool in the B&B, and the water was changed on the day we checked in. The children had a lot of fun. There is a Lingshan River next to the B&B, where you can go fishing, paddle boarding, etc. We were given goodnight drinks these two days, and Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns were prepared for the children, who installed them themselves. The installed lanterns looked great in photos. Overall, I was very satisfied with the overall stay at the B&B. The service was efficient and the room was clean and tidy.

Two days of dinner were solved in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the price is very high, the taste is also very online, not losing the outside restaurant. The most plus point is that the hotel also presented a fairy stick for the children when they checked in. The children especially liked it and the ceremony was full. The overall stay is smooth, the environment is clean, the whole family is very satisfied, highly recommended to parents and children!
