"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite. The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good. The front office is a Waterloo in comparison. When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello. Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it. I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something? Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

"Overall, a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent housekeeping. The hotel amenities were comprehensive, and having parking right outside the door was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the freshly cooked pho and rice noodles were delicious with fresh ingredients. The milk was a bit watery, tasting like powdered milk. The hotel is about two kilometers from Wuyue Plaza, a 6 RMB taxi ride there, and we walked back."

The location is indeed very convenient; just a short walk outside and you're at the bus stop, and taxis are quick to arrive. What I was most satisfied with this booking was the room space—it was much more spacious than I imagined. I could spread out my luggage without feeling cramped, and moving around was very comfortable. The soundproofing is truly excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the next room, so I slept very soundly at night. The room was also cleaned very well, with no dust on the floor or tabletops, which was pleasant to see. Overall, my stay was stress-free, a truly relaxing experience.

The situation is beautiful with stunning views across the valley and the terraces. The host was so very welcoming and warm towards us. My husband doesn't eat meat but that was no problem for this lovely family. We shared delicious dinners with them with a variety of food and my husband could choose the vegetable dishes he prefers. Next day our host kindly took us out in his car to the furthest viewpoint and we spent happy hours wandering about, taking photos and meeting lovely local people. It is true that the beds are much harder than at home in UK but we slept well and were cosy and warm so that was no problem. The only bad thing was we couldn't stay longer
