The environment was also very well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, making for a very relaxing soak. The Space-Time Park included in the package was the highlight, with an incredible dinosaur-themed atmosphere. Our little one was super excited to see the giant dinosaur models! Unfortunately, it rained on the day we visited, and our child wasn't tall enough for many of the thrilling or outdoor rides. However, just the indoor exhibits and areas suitable for younger kids kept him busy exploring for quite a while. We'll definitely come back when he's a bit older to experience all the attractions we missed this time. It feels like this place is perfect for children of different ages to visit repeatedly!"

"Overall, the hotel was quite good. However, firstly, the 2 PM check-in time kept getting delayed, and I couldn't wait any longer, so I went to do some activities. I returned to check-in before 5 PM, only to find that my two rooms weren't even together. To make matters worse, room 6217 only had a tiny window, and it took a long time to communicate with the front desk before they finally moved me to room 6402. Secondly, there was noticeable low-frequency noise in room 6402 and the hallway, probably from equipment on the roof. But I decided against it and didn't bother to change rooms, as it was already 5:30 PM and I was too tired. Thirdly, the breakfast had a good selection of Chinese dishes but no Western food, which wasn't ideal for someone like me who prefers coffee and bread."

"The hotel is half an hour's drive from Dinosaur Valley. The front door is inconspicuous, but the experience after checking in is worth it! There is also a laundry room on the second floor, which provides laundry detergent. The whole house is intelligently designed, and even babies can control the temperature, lights, and curtains of the room directly by speaking with their little mouths. It is absolutely friendly to lazy people who don't know which light is controlled by so many switches! Breakfast ends at 12 o'clock, but there are few varieties and the taste is average. We went down to eat at 9 o'clock, and many things were gone. After we finished eating, we didn't see the service staff replenish the dishes that were no longer available. From time to time, there would be aunties who cooked in the restaurant walking around, which directly lowered the whole impression! Everything else is great!"

"Service: I requested a side room, but the front desk lady, with a poker face, assigned me one. Later, Ctrip customer service explained that this was the room type I'd booked. I accepted this. The room didn't match the photos. There were no family-friendly elements, no dinosaur towels, no children's ornaments, and no children's books. There was no iQiyi membership as mentioned in the reviews, and certainly no beautiful scenery as featured on Xiaohongshu.
Environment: Relatively clean. The view from the window was disappointing. There's nothing near the hotel. I personally felt that Jinshan Ancient Town was a bummer.
Facilities: Relatively new. Equipped with Xiaodu and TCL TVs. The bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was very fragrant and humming.
Ctrip's service was excellent. They specifically called to coordinate. Thank you, Ctrip. The hotel didn't match the online (Xiaohongshu) promotion or the Ctrip photos. I wouldn't recommend it and won't be back."

There are two rooms, one of which has a balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel faces east and west, so you can watch the sunset. The sunrise is blocked by the mountains, but it doesn't affect sunbathing on the balcony – very comfortable! You can stargaze from the balcony at night. Below the room is a hot spring and pond. The hot spring is open in the afternoon, but I didn't go because it was too cold at night in winter. The air is very fresh! You can take a shuttle bus to Dinosaur Valley. There are many small restaurants next to Dinosaur Valley; the food is good, and the kids love it! The hotel breakfast is delicious, with fresh, small, and carefully selected dishes! However, as some netizens have mentioned, the design of the sink area is a bit problematic; water easily splashes onto the bed."

The hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

This hotel has both prominent advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, its location at the town entrance, only 500 meters from the visitor center and Wuma Bridge, is very convenient. It's an old house built in the early Republic of China era, with a 150-year-old banyan tree at the entrance, giving it a charming, antique feel; it's even featured on local tourist maps. On the other hand, the downhill stone steps to enter are inconvenient for travelers with luggage. The room layout is poorly designed, and the bathroom is a tiny, cramped space. The service is essentially that of a guesthouse, very unprofessional; perhaps because it's not located in a popular tourist area, the service level urgently needs improvement.

Guest UserI didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

KnufbergstravelWe booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

If you go to the dining hall before 9 o'clock for breakfast, there are not many items left, including milk and soy milk. I picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables piled with leftovers. I said, can I sit here? Then she knew to clear the dishes.
