"The room was spacious with four balconies. Although the view from the window was close to the parking lot, the landscaping was beautiful, with a lush forest park feel – very pleasant. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, making it easy to capture stunning photos. The reception at the entrance was very welcoming; they immediately helped with luggage from the car and thoughtfully informed us to pick up the room key while our luggage would be delivered to the room. The front desk service was professional and efficient at resolving issues. Suggestion: Please provide a jewelry box by the washbasin. This would prevent guests' small jewelry, removed while bathing, from being covered by hand towels and accidentally discarded with the trash. My own pendant might have been thrown into the trash this way when I tidied up the counter. Overall, it's an artistic sanctuary that you won't want to leave!"

"I booked a room in the main building, which had a Zen-inspired design. The facilities were new and high-quality, with simple and stylish interiors. They even provided eye masks and earplugs, reflecting their emphasis on peace and tranquility. The entire hotel exuded a Zen atmosphere, with highlights like complimentary classes such as sound therapy, lacquer fan making, and tie-dyeing. The bedding was comfortable and conducive to good sleep, and the lighting offered various soft modes. The shower facilities were high-quality, and I was particularly impressed by the stone slab seating for showering – something I rarely see in other hotels. Breakfast was plentiful, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. They contacted me in advance of my check-in and provided butler-style service. The hotel's surroundings and the complimentary tickets to the Oriental Charm scenic area were great added values. You can also enter the Oriental Charm scenic area for free in the evenings to take a stroll. However, the tatami sleeping area in the room wasn't ideal; it was elevated higher than the entrance hallway, and there was a step between the two areas, making it easy to stumble if you weren't careful. The soundproofing in the room was also a bit lacking. While the rooms on the first floor of the main building were more affordable, the second and third floors were much more expensive, yet the views were the same – just a slightly wider view of the same trees from the higher floors. Overall, the experience was relaxing and peaceful, perfect for wellness and vacation."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again."

"This is my second time visiting Mile, and I still chose this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and there's free parking. The hot spring pools are a highlight. Highly recommended!"

"It's so convenient for a self-driving trip, there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are new and clean, towels and toiletries are complete, and there's even conditioner. The bedding is clean, the toilet has a separate wet and dry area, and the washbasin is also separate, the design is very convenient so you don't have to make do when you need it. There's also a small refrigerator, which is great for chilled drinks in the summer. What I'm most satisfied with is the washing machine and dryer, both of which are new and clean and easy to operate. I feel that the hotel owner really thinks of the guests, and they also provide good laundry detergent, unlike other hotels where the washing machine is just for show, old and worn out, and guests have to bring their own detergent. Plus, the room rate is cheap, and it has four-star service. Although the room isn't very big, it's big enough for two medium-sized travel suitcases to open and move around in, so everything is perfect."

"During the Chinese New Year, most hotels significantly inflate their prices, but this hotel's rates didn't seem to surge too drastically in comparison. The staff here are all quite enthusiastic. We booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready when we checked in (this might have been a slip-up due to the overwhelming number of guests during CNY). However, the manager personally came to apologize and explain the situation. A nice touch is that the hotel provides complimentary fruit and milk daily. The location is also very convenient; there's a delicious braised chicken rice noodle snack shop right downstairs. It's a great spot for families with kids."

"Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."

"Facilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes. Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight. Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake. Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude. Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty. Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience."
