"Environment: Clean and elegant, with marguerites covering the mountains outside the window, swaying bamboo leaves, and vegetables and purple flowers at the entrance. Facilities: There's a mini-fridge with fruit and coffee; that pear, though plain-looking, was incredibly delicious. There were also fresh pink flowers, just begging to be taken home! The bedding was very comfortable. They even provided conditioner and body lotion. Service: The butler service was attentive. The restaurant's breakfast was rich and tasty, and you could watch koi and black swans while you ate. Plus, staying here grants free park admission! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus."

"Environment: Worth the price, very nice, quieter during the off-season. Service: Excellent service, including station pick-up and drop-off, breakfast delivery, etc. Everything was great. We stayed in a family room, the only downsides were the lack of children's pillows (I forgot to ask), and the bathroom had no door, and the shower was a bit small. Everything else was great! 👍"

"1. The swimming pool wasn't heated; the water was freezing cold, making it unsuitable for swimming this season. 2. The hot springs were only filled to capacity, and there were only a few small pools. They said they'd all be open after 6 PM, but they weren't. When we asked a staff member to fill the pools, they said the others were empty and they wouldn't. 3. The rooms were very old, the air conditioning was barely working, and it was very stuffy. The showerhead was broken; showering there was disgusting. 4. The front desk staff were very nice."

"As a new hotel in Mile that had only been open for a few days, this all-season hotel truly impressed me. The entire hotel is very new, with every detail from the lobby to the guest rooms being clean and tidy, without any of the discomfort often associated with new renovations. The service was even more impressive; from the front desk onwards, every staff member was smiling and greeted guests proactively, truly making you feel at home. They always responded to guests' needs with full effort, being both professional and attentive. The highlight for me was the five hot spring pools. The water quality was crystal clear, the environment comfortable, and it wasn't crowded, making it a perfect choice for relaxation. If the water temperature in the pools could be slightly warmer, the experience would be even more perfect. When checking out, the front desk even prepared delicate pastries in advance, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a rich variety and authentic flavors. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay, and I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting this area."
