Even more surprising, there's a free laundry room on the first floor, and the lobby offers complimentary coffee, milk tea, and black tea—perfect for a hot drink anytime, so thoughtful! Overall, a fantastic experience—smart and comfortable—I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The hotel's hardware and overall design are good, and the rooms have a real resort feel. It's definitely convenient for getting in and out of the scenic area. However, there's still room for improvement regarding service details."

The hot spring water was wonderfully relaxing; there are both indoor and outdoor pools. The three pools on the rooftop were particularly enjoyable at night – it was so pleasant to soak while stargazing. Breakfast was also very generous. I've already recommended this place to my friends."

There are parking spaces in front and behind the hotel, making parking convenient. The only drawback is the lack of charging stations."

"Hygiene: Clean. Service: Good. Environment: The hotel is located in a park with lush vegetation and air freshener, but all the rooms have doors that can be opened; there are no windows or screen doors. At night, all doors have to be closed to keep out animals and insects, making it stuffy and causing me to wake up late at night to watch games on Mu Sen (a popular Chinese video-sharing website) 🤣. Finally, in the morning, when I opened the door for some fresh air, I got bitten by mosquitoes 😭. Facilities: Initially, I let my child watch TV on the first floor, but the cushions near the TV on the sofa were damp, so I took him to the second floor. However, the TV speakers on the second floor were faulty, resulting in unclear sound quality 😅. With all the doors closed, I had to turn on the air conditioner, which I don't like, but there were no fan speed indicators on the vents; I had to stand under the vent to check if it was on 😭. So, overall, the experience was just average."

Of the three open-air hot spring pools in the hotel, only one is currently open. The hot spring pool has an elegant environment and the water is quite clean. The hotel has upgraded the room type. After the landscape windows are closed, it is quiet and noise-free. It would be better if there is a small refrigerator in the room."

"We arrived quite late on the first day, but after contacting the butler in advance, two butlers were already waiting for us when our car pulled into the parking lot. The hotel is located within the Honghe Water Town scenic area, so early in the morning, we saw many people walking and enjoying the sun along the riverside promenade. The cherry blossoms were beautiful this season. The hotel facilities are very new, and my dad even commented that not only are they new, but many designs are also very user-friendly. I'm so happy to get such positive feedback from an elder! Plus, even though we arrived very late, the front desk staff still helped me arrange the hot spring reservation. The private hot spring pool was very secluded and comfortable, and both my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a wonderful stay!"

The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! However, the bedding was just so-so, especially the sheets and duvet covers – I felt they were too old and should be replaced to match the hotel's environmental quality. My child really enjoyed the hot spring pools, and the fact that they're free is a nice bonus. The hotel's toiletries were the best I encountered. Overall, very good! I would consider staying here again if I come back."

You can even enjoy tea and chat on the 5th-floor terrace while taking in the lake view. There are plenty of dining options nearby. This guesthouse offers great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit and will recommend it to my friends!"
