The room got hot early in the morning, and I couldn't adjust the thermostat myself. The service was pretty good, but for the price, I don't think it was great value for money. The hotel is even bigger than the Dongfengyun scenic area, and the shuttle bus is quite convenient. The only real value lies in its design and scenery."

"Room looks exactly like the advertised picture. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. As all the rooms are located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift or elevator, a male staff helps to carry our luggage to the room. Room is big and is near to almost all attractions. An unexpected perk was the bathroom heater light—a total game-changer after a shower. Downside: no lift / elevator. Breakfast is way too simple. A bowl of “mixian” & an egg will be served separately along with few items like steamed peanuts, mantou, sweet potato from the buffet area. No fridge in the room. Very quiet area at night. With minimal food and activities. There is one 7-11 in the park, with operating hours till 7pm."

However, after just checking in, the very next morning, the staff was able to correctly state our room number upon seeing us, which goes to show how professional they are. We were traveling with elderly parents and children, and everyone highly praised the room setup and the hotel's service. Both upon arrival and departure, a butler was there to help with our luggage. The service was absolutely exceptional. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!"

Some unknown liquid was poured under the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, and it was even more sticky. What are you doing to clean the guest rooms? There were boogers on the curtains and hair on the floor. The elevator is even more rubbish. You have to wait for about 20 minutes every time you wait for the elevator."

"I've been there a few times, and the service is still acceptable. The first time I went was before the pandemic; there was no butler, but the evening desserts, welcome fruit, and drinks in the mini-bar were all very well provided. This time, the overall amenities seemed to have declined. For breakfast, you can no longer use the restaurant in the accommodation area; you have to take a bus to the restaurant in the Lake Spring Hotel below. Previously, evening desserts included egg tarts and cakes, but now only milk is available. The milk has also changed from Zhadian to Laisi'er. The hot springs are still very nice—quiet, and you can even see swans."

"The room is huge! The bed is also huge and super soft! Bathrobes and slippers are provided as standard, making it very convenient to enjoy the hot springs in the first-floor courtyard. Complete facilities! The decoration is very classy! It is also very convenient to go up and down the stairs with the three elevators, and there is never a wait! There are three bathing pools hidden in the green forest and flowers in a garden style, which makes you feel like you are in nature! The waiters are very enthusiastic and make you feel like you are at home! Breakfast was great! Particularly brilliant! Maitreya braised chicken can be tasted here, Western style, pastries and salads, smoked meat, coffee, milk, juice...Chinese style, siu mai, steamed dumplings, rice noodles, fried chicken, oyster sauce vegetable core, Limei, Corn and taro are all available, and the terrace lounge is also very large. Make tea and play on the computer, and the time will pass in no time! A treasure hotel worth recommending! The location is also quite advantageous! It’s only 5 minutes away from the scenic spot, the urban area, the ancient city, and Maitreya food! Sorry, I forgot to take photos inside the hotel!"

The hot spring water was excellent; after a soak, all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel environment is tranquil (just look at the pictures!). It's also conveniently located, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. For this price, to get such service and an environment like this is truly great value for money. This will definitely be my go-to place for future business trips here, and I'll be recommending it to my friends. Five stars!"

"Facilities: Many of the facilities are old and outdated, and most importantly, the cleanliness is terrible. 👎🏻 It's just a slapdash job. See the pictures for details: the previous guest's false eyelashes are still stuck to the cabinet. It's obvious that the cabinet hasn't been cleaned at all. The barbecue grill is disgusting, with so much oil that even the sides of the table are covered in grease!! The children's clothes were stained and couldn't be washed out. 😖😖 My mom wiped it down inside and out with a cloth. The room also had a strong musty smell. 😭😭"
