"The hotel has a great location, very close to Metro Line 1 and Line 2. The surrounding area is bustling, but you can't hear the street noise inside the hotel. Dining is also super convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, and while it's the same every day, it has everything you need. Plus, breakfast runs until 10 AM. The hotel also provides free and spacious parking with plenty of spots. It offers great value for money, although traffic in the area can be quite heavy.
The only downside is that the hotel seems to host many group activities, so they don't have trouble filling rooms. Our family of three booked two rooms, but they were in two different buildings, and the front desk couldn't arrange for them to be on the same floor. To extend our stay and get an upgraded room, we were told we'd have to pay an extra 49 yuan to become a member, unlike other budget hotels that often proactively and freely adjust room assignments to be together. Because of this, we decided to cancel our planned two-night stay here after returning from Chongzuo."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! Check-in was very fast, and the butler Jenna and other staff members were all very kind. I booked an executive suite this time, and the room was spacious with a fantastic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unobstructed night cityscape. The entire room was spotless, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water was consistent, and the mattress was just right—I slept wonderfully. The service team, Colin, Rose, Jackson, and Iris, were all excellent. The hotel environment is quiet, facilities are great, and transportation is convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be back!"

"This hotel was a great choice for my trip, and I'm so glad I picked it! First off, I have to give a special shout-out to Winnie at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. The check-in process was very efficient and smooth. The room itself was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. My only minor suggestion would be to fix the loose outlet in the bathroom, as the hairdryer wasn't working very well. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The staff were all very attentive, and any requests were handled promptly. "This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's consistently great. First off, the service is excellent. They proactively contacted me about my arrival time and needs, which was a huge plus, especially Joyce, Moon, Pink, Freya, and Amy from the service center. Secondly, the hotel's location is fantastic – right next to a shopping mall. You can even access the mall directly from the hotel lobby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the metro station, and just a 2-3 minute walk to the Exhibition Center, so getting around is a breeze. Additionally, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, with the gym and pool fully operational. The breakfast is also quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. All in all, it was a very good experience."

I had a situation with a DiDi driver about my lost item and one of the front desk staff, Xiaoxue 小雪, really helped me a lot in talking with the driver since my Chinese is not at that level yet. She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center."

When I called and during check-in, she even playfully entertained and held my baby, which I really appreciated, especially a big shout-out to Ms. 018! The hotel's Mousse bedding was so comfortable that my little one fell asleep instantly. It really lives up to its brand reputation. "This hotel really needs a renovation. The facilities are too old. The view is nice, but the windows were dirty. Can't they pay more attention to details? The curtains have to be manually drawn to see the view, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room even on the lowest setting. There was a strange noise all night. The sofa table was also very worn, with a layer of dark glass on top that clearly showed all the scratches when the light hit it – I thought it just hadn't been cleaned. It's an old five-star hotel. There are a lot of hidden costs; the 'minibar' in the package was just an empty fridge, and even clothes cost extra. There are so many restaurants in the hotel that I wondered if it was a hotel or a restaurant. They also only provided a small amount of water in the room. However, the staff were very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. I won't be staying here again; for over 600, there are much better options."

"Qingxiu Mountain one-time adult ticket (single entry ticket) - 12:00-17:00 entry: I didn't get to use this ticket because I'd been there before. This is my second or third time staying at the Renaissance in Nanning, after many trips. I used to stay at the Shangri-La. The same front desk staff member who checked me in this time also helped me before. I had just driven for a long time and was completely exhausted. If it hadn't been for that front desk staff member checking me in, I might have been unhappy, haha. I didn't change rooms for the next two days either. Overall, it was a decent stay. I think it's a worthwhile place to stay in Nanning, all things considered. It's even better than the Shangri-La, except for the location and a few special services. I don't have any photos; I don't like taking them. I only have one picture of getting takeout. There's barbecue downstairs."

YYiyi_HighnessRight after the Dragon Boat Festival, I decided to extend my stay for a few extra days to truly experience Nanning, a city with great food and sights!
The high-altitude hotel offered a perfect stay. The facilities were excellent; the pool was open until 10 PM and very clean, and the gym was accessible 24 hours. For breakfast, they even had luosifen, old friend noodles, and Guilin rice noodles – yum!
The location was great, just a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Getting around was also very convenient; finding taxis and rides was never an issue, which is a huge plus. The staff were all super friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter how late it was. The front desk service was thoughtful, the environment was quiet and clean, and they even provided umbrellas in the room, which came in handy during the rainy season.
The spa was also a nice touch. Definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend!

**Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel.
Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The room was fully equipped for business, featuring a spacious desk, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging ports, perfectly meeting my needs for daily work and video conferences – my productivity even improved. The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided.
The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. Security measures were also top-notch, providing a great sense of safety during my stay.

FfrankfrankExtremely convenient! After exiting Gate 6 with my luggage, I followed the 'Hotel' sign to the second floor, then turned left as indicated by another 'Hotel' sign. I walked through the skybridge corridor, turned right after the corridor, and took an elevator down directly to the hotel. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is especially good – the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are various noodle dishes. This is truly a hidden gem for a layover.

Our accommodation experience truly enhanced the whole trip! MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment.
We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
