"The location is excellent! You can take the subway directly from Nanning South Station and get off at Chaoyang Plaza Station, Exit C. Just walk straight along the mall, then turn left, and you'll see the hotel name on the building. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, where all the towels were individually wrapped in paper bags to prevent secondary contamination, which is a very unique touch. The breakfast was also fantastic, featuring intangible cultural heritage dishes like Laoyou Rice Noodles, Luosifen, and Chongqing Xiao Mian, all delicious. Sanjie Liangxiang is right outside, so overall, my stay was a great experience."

"Came here for the world's tallest Shangri-La, and the views did not disappoint! The hotel lobby is incredibly grand, and the 270-degree view is superb, offering a panoramic vista of 'Green City' Nanning. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding in the bedroom is comfortable, and the smart system is very easy to use. All aspects of the experience were excellent, and the service was particularly satisfying! Front desk agent Elva was fantastic; she thoughtfully arranged a room with the best night view for us, gave a detailed introduction to the facilities, enthusiastically recommended many great places to eat and visit, and even helped us with a late checkout. Her service was truly exceptional!!! The ladies at the Executive Lounge, Rose, Wynn, Maddy, and Linny, were also incredibly warm and welcoming. It truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Nanning, I will definitely come again!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Nanning, and its quality speaks for itself, haha! I'm delighted to keep choosing this hotel because I genuinely love its relaxed and chill vibe. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the lobby always smells wonderful with its incense. The excellent service is evident in all the little details: from the various complimentary drinks always available in the lobby to the doorman who's always there to greet you, even thoughtfully offering an umbrella when it rains. In an unfamiliar city, these small, warm gestures of kindness are always a pleasure. The price for a downtown location like this is truly excellent value for money. The nearby Hangyang Exhibition Center is great for a stroll, and getting a taxi to Chaoyang Square is very convenient. Mingge Lake is also within 2 kilometers, perfect for checking out the small bars anytime. For a proper meal, I highly recommend Gui Xiao Chu at Hangyang; I've eaten there twice in just a few days! I hope I get a chance to visit again a third time."

At the end of the third floor, there's a laundry room with a dryer, perfect for business travelers on longer trips or guests who need to wash clothes frequently. The hotel also provides a WeChat concierge service, so you can contact them anytime for any needs – very thoughtful! They also offer free airport transfers three times a day. If your schedule aligns, you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange it."

"Came to Nanning to visit Mixc City and chose the Crowne Plaza. It was incredibly convenient for daily outings – the metro entrance leads directly to the hotel, and going downstairs for shopping and late-night snacks was a breeze. The room was on a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide-open view; you could see the entire city's nightscape in the evening. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the toiletries felt high-quality, showing great attention to detail. Allen, the front desk attendant, provided excellent service; check-in was fast, and there's even a robot that delivers takeout to your room door. The hotel has its own pool and gym, perfect for relaxing in your free time. Overall, it's cozy and down-to-earth, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's consistently great. First off, the service is excellent. They proactively contacted me about my arrival time and needs, which was a huge plus, especially Joyce, Moon, Pink, Freya, and Amy from the service center. Secondly, the hotel's location is fantastic – right next to a shopping mall. You can even access the mall directly from the hotel lobby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the metro station, and just a 2-3 minute walk to the Exhibition Center, so getting around is a breeze. Additionally, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, with the gym and pool fully operational. The breakfast is also quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. All in all, it was a very good experience."

I had a situation with a DiDi driver about my lost item and one of the front desk staff, Xiaoxue 小雪, really helped me a lot in talking with the driver since my Chinese is not at that level yet. She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center."

"This hotel really needs a renovation. The facilities are too old. The view is nice, but the windows were dirty. Can't they pay more attention to details? The curtains have to be manually drawn to see the view, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room even on the lowest setting. There was a strange noise all night. The sofa table was also very worn, with a layer of dark glass on top that clearly showed all the scratches when the light hit it – I thought it just hadn't been cleaned. It's an old five-star hotel. There are a lot of hidden costs; the 'minibar' in the package was just an empty fridge, and even clothes cost extra. There are so many restaurants in the hotel that I wondered if it was a hotel or a restaurant. They also only provided a small amount of water in the room. However, the staff were very friendly and proactive in resolving issues. I won't be staying here again; for over 600, there are much better options."

GGuest UserThe first thing worth mentioning is that this hostel accepts international guests without any problems. This is not always a given in China, as some hostels and hotels still do not accommodate foreign travelers. If you are visiting from Europe or any other country, you can book and stay here with confidence. Most importantly, everything you see in the photos is exactly what you get in reality. The pictures are 100% accurate and perfectly reflect the actual condition of the hostel. Everything is genuinely new, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. There are no misleading photos or unpleasant surprises upon arrival - what you see online is exactly what you will find when you check in. Despite having only a small number of reviews, I believe this is mainly because the hostel is still very new. You can immediately notice that almost everything inside is new and extremely well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding. I have stayed in more than 100 hostels around the world, and this is honestly one of the cleanest hostels I have ever experienced, if not the cleanest. Another thing that deserves special mention is the facilities available to guests. The hostel has a refrigerator, which is surprisingly uncommon in many hostels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. A dining area with a table is available as well, making it comfortable to sit down and eat. The hostel also provides free laundry facilities. Washing detergent is included, so you can do your laundry at no extra cost. There is even a dedicated area where you can hang your clothes to dry afterwards, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers and backpackers. The hostel is located on the 25th floor and offers fantastic views of the city. It is also very quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring. The host is an incredibly kind and caring woman who genuinely looks after her guests. She checks on your arrival, asks about your travel plans, gives recommendations on what to see in the city, and even suggests local food and dishes to try. You can really feel that she wants every guest to have a pleasant stay. Although she does not speak English, communication is still surprisingly easy thanks to the AI translation available through Trip.com. We had no significant communication problems during my stay. If the owner continues improving her English over time, I honestly believe this could become one of the best hostels in Nanning. She has a genuinely kind heart, and her hospitality is exceptional. I will remember this stay for a very long time. It was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had, and I would happily stay here again.

The panoramic views from the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning. On a rainy day, with the glass covered in raindrops, the city's high-rises shrouded in mist create an incredibly atmospheric scene, perfect for photos. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities high-end and complete. The soundproofing was also excellent. I especially want to commend the breakfast buffet. The variety was incredible, with Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, fruits, and hot beverages all available. Everything tasted great, the ingredients were fresh, and there was so much to choose from, you couldn't possibly try it all. The thoughtful option to pack food to go was a really nice touch and very humane! The service throughout was meticulous and attentive. Staff responded promptly and were gentle and thorough. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stay, this hotel is perfectly suited, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to this city. Highly recommended! **Welcome fruit on the first day:** They also offered complimentary drinks for the children. **Late check-out until 4 PM (subject to availability):** The butler proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. **Facilities:** Complete, even included a JBL speaker and a Laifen hairdryer. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy.

GGuest UserOverall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

DD travelsWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

FfrankfrankExtremely convenient! After exiting Gate 6 with my luggage, I followed the 'Hotel' sign to the second floor, then turned left as indicated by another 'Hotel' sign. I walked through the skybridge corridor, turned right after the corridor, and took an elevator down directly to the hotel. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is especially good – the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are various noodle dishes. This is truly a hidden gem for a layover.

GGuest UserThe rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was fantastic! It's really close to Sanjie Liangxiang, where you can find inexpensive and tasty food. In the morning, you can even walk to the Shuangmazijing morning market for really cheap fruit. Nanning was just a stopover for us, but I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk lady was so kind; she upgraded us to a king-size bed room and managed to get it on the same floor as our family room. She even gave us a free breakfast for our child! The hotel also offers free baby strollers, which shows how thoughtful they are – the service was truly excellent and reassuring. It's very close to Yongzhou Ancient City and the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around, plus there's parking available. The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean and neat, making for a very comfortable stay. All the front desk staff were great – very proactive and enthusiastic, even giving us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. It's also easy to find food nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Nanning!

GGuest UserWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
