"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. "The first time I stayed at Jiaocheng Holiday Hotel, this is the first InterContinental Holiday Hotel in Ningde City. The front desk colleagues were very kind and friendly, and the whole check-in process was very fast. The original breakfast-free room type was upgraded for free for a single breakfast. I made it 2 times, and finally it didn't work. The TV can't see the phone. Breakfast is OK, there is an underground parking lot, there are not many parking spaces. "Traveling with my spouse during the off-season, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious family room featuring a large bed and a smaller one. The room was equipped with smart controls, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent, with hot water, air conditioning, and self-service laundry and drying facilities all readily available. The public parking lot nearby offered free parking for guests, which was very convenient. While breakfast was a bit basic, it was sufficient. Overall, a satisfying experience for travelers on the go."

Dongbi offers stunning scenery, making it the perfect choice for photography enthusiasts. I booked a sea-view room, and the view when opening the curtains was so spectacular I even filmed it!

In addition, we are not members and wanted to check out at 2 o'clock. We were originally charged 30 yuan per hour, but after communication, there was no charge! The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

TTango 2023I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

Every day travel guide is sent to my mobile phone. The free breakfast is freshly made every day, seafood noodles + coffee + Milk + dumplings, etc., as well as fresh fruits. The boss lady also actively recommended me to go to the local farmer's market, buy good seafood, and process it myself in the hotel kitchen. It is economical and fresh. When I arrived at Ningde, I encountered rainy weather. It was so cold. I poured a cup of hot water for me as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I also helped me bring my luggage to the room. I must give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing is that the beds and quilts are new, soft and super comfortable. I have not been able to rest on the road and finally have a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling with what to eat, I found that the takeaway store was very close to the hotel. It was just opposite Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days and a lot of taro pastries. It was a big satisfaction for my taro head. I will stay here next time.
