The guesthouse is easily accessible right off the Xiapu exit of the G15 Shenhai Expressway, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving tours to attractions such as Mount Taimu, Donghai No. 1 Highway, and Dongbi Village. Located on the outskirts of Xiapu, it offers a peaceful retreat that's still very convenient. The building itself has a distinctive design, and the rooms are warmly and invitingly decorated. While the amenities might not be five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. The young couple who run the place are fantastic; their recommended travel routes were all excellent. We followed their suggestions for our three-day self-driving trip, completely changing our original plans, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Luohan Creek rafting, in particular, was an absolute unexpected highlight! The individually served breakfast was also quite good. This is hands down the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it!

I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

It's been a while since I last stayed at Atour, and true to form, all the room facilities are well-designed and convenient, making for a very comfortable stay. I specifically chose a location near Taikang Road because there are so many food options around. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, with delicious food just a short walk away. The front desk service was excellent. The only minor issue was with the made-to-order breakfast station. I asked for a soft-boiled fried egg, but they directed me to the already cooked ones on the buffet. I clarified that I wanted a runny yolk, but they still refused. Since I had to catch a train, I didn't push it further. However, this request isn't unreasonable for a hotel and really lowered my overall experience.

The location of the homestay is excellent, the parking is convenient, and the distance to go anywhere is suitable. The upper left is Dongbi Village, and the next right is the center of Sansha Town. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and bright. I especially like the large swimming pool terrace for leisure and daze. The service is in place and the hygiene is also very good. Special breakfast is very good, one person, one local special noodles paste, and the price is very high, the boss recommended to catch the sea people to go fishing, the experience is good, the sea goods can be processed by partners, next time you have the opportunity to stay again

I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. First of all, I must thank our housekeeper, Ms. Xiaoli, for saving my life! I accidentally choked on a fishbone while eating breakfast, and Ms. Xiaoli incredibly quickly and surgically removed it with tweezers. Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏🙏 Now, let's talk about the rooms. We stayed for two nights. The first night we stayed at Shuiyuan Huaxin, and the second night we were upgraded to Chunmei. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, with sophisticated and stylish decor. Chunmei is much, much larger, with a loft layout, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bathtub, and a projector. You can see the sunset beautifully from inside, making it perfect for lounging all day. However, Shuiyuan Courtyard is probably one of the best outdoor viewing spots, with a private pool, tea room, and a balcony with a fireplace and a long table. The housekeepers were fantastic, a group of cheerful young people who were incredibly helpful and responsive to almost every request. They helped with everything from carrying our luggage and arranging check-in in advance to providing baseboard heaters when the weather got colder, delivering sweet soup every night, and even bringing laundry and a dryer for us. They also brought our drinks and food from the Chinese and Western restaurants to our room – very thoughtful. The food at the restaurants was delicious! After comparing several options, we preferred this place. This New Year's Eve was primarily a vacation, so we wanted to choose a place that was comfortable and relaxing in every way. Shijianhai met almost all our needs. For a lively, large group, Shuiyuan is a good choice; for a smaller, more relaxing group, Chunmei is recommended.

This summer, my family and I booked two rooms for our trip to Fujian, and our entire stay was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel's location is superb; within walking distance to pedestrian streets, food streets, and shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, they offer free pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, saving us effort and hassle for transportation. Both our rooms were arranged on higher floors, with excellent natural light and quiet hallways. The rooms were spotless, with complimentary mineral water and coffee. The bathrooms featured wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring everyone could rest undisturbed. Our butler, a lovely young lady, provided attentive service, proactively sending us hotel service information and local travel guides, and promptly responding to our requests. The gym, laundry room, and restaurant are all conveniently located on the fifth floor. From 8 PM to 10:30 PM, they serve a special late-night snack menu, including seafood noodles and fresh fruit, all you can eat. Both the hardware facilities and the thoughtful service were impeccable. It's truly a top choice for group travel. Our accommodation experience this trip was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this place again when we visit Xiapu next time.

The most troublesome thing about traveling is finding accommodation; finding something cost-effective is really difficult. Pingnan has many guesthouses, but after several trips, I feel that hotels are more suitable for me in all aspects. So, after careful selection, I blindly chose Vienna Hotel. Although I saw some negative reviews, my experience tells me it was the right choice… First of all, the overall environment is quite good. The rooms are equipped with smart smart speakers, which is very convenient. For summer travel, the air conditioning is quite strong. A pleasant surprise was that they even provided hand sanitizer, which many hotels lack. The reception staff were very friendly; seeing that we had children, they proactively offered us a complimentary breakfast – a big thumbs up! For those going to Pingnan, I recommend this hotel. The surrounding area is quite bustling, with everything you could want. My child said there were mostly barbecue stalls 🤪 Of course, there are a few details that could be improved: 1. For example, Vienna Hotel also caters to wedding banquets, leading to insufficient parking. Some hotel guests are already tired, and having to find parking outside is unacceptable. 2. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no security to guide us to the parking lot. We drove around for ages before realizing there were no parking spaces. Because our car was quite long, it took us a long time to find our way out. When we got to the front desk, we were told there were no parking spaces available… We were told to park outside first, and that spaces would become available later after the wedding banquet… 3. The soundproofing needs improvement? In the morning, the cleaning lady was shouting in the hallway very early. It's inappropriate, as some guests stay up late. 4. Since we had a child with us, we were worried about the child pulling the blankets. Surprisingly, there was a spare blanket in the room, but it was just the inner liner. I suggest putting a duvet cover on it and sealing it in a disposable bag to prevent dust accumulation. 5. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30, but in reality, there was almost no food left before 9:00. Many hotel guests are getting up late, and the food wasn't replenished. (Luckily, I stayed at the Vienna Hotel in Fuzhou the second night, and this didn't happen, plus they had a wider variety of dishes.) Also, there wasn't enough seating, so guests were asked to move to the next room, which was where a banquet had been held the previous night. The smell was incredibly strong and nauseating; I could smell it the night before, and it was still there the next morning… I didn't even want to go in. The seating wasn't even properly arranged. While these are minor details, Vienna Hotel, as a chain, shouldn't have these kinds of problems. Management should pay more attention to these aspects. However, aside from these issues, the overall experience was still acceptable. If I have the chance to go to Pingnan again, I would still choose this Vienna Hotel. The accommodation was good, haha, especially the shower water pressure, which my family particularly praised – great water pressure, perfect for showering! I hope these minor issues can be addressed quickly to provide a better experience for future guests! Their comb, in particular, was very convenient for someone like me with permed hair…something I haven’t experienced in other hotels I’ve stayed at…

A quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle is not located in the internet-famous Dongbi Village (which is extremely noisy, packed with tourists, and bustling with cars and horses). Not far from Dongbi is this B&B, which is close to the residential area and where you can really see Xiapu. It's an ordinary alleyway full of fireworks, where you can live in a down-to-earth and comfortable way. Further ahead is Sansha Town, which has a dazzling array of seafood restaurants, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the B&B is very rich. You can open the window and walk to the balcony to see the sea (it's separated by the road).

Been here ten years ago 😆, but although is old of age, everything seems fine, except the front desk, asked for more drinking water, replied with “you know, it’s cost rmb3 per bottle”. As I been to so many hotels in different countries even in China, when asking for more drinking water, will be so kind to give instead of this attitude 😅. And the intercom in the room, never can get through to any department, including the housekeeping and front desk. Hope the hotel can improve in this. Other than that, the housekeeper is very generous and the room is well kept.
