GGuest UserA very satisfying stay experience service is very good, responsive, impeccable room is clean and hygienic, the view outside the window is also very good, the night sleep is very quiet, the sleep is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the taste is good, the garage is just renovated, and it is very clean. If there is a charging pile in the later stage, it will be perfect. Overall, this stay is really amazing, and the price is very high! I have planned to bring my friends back next time!

AAnonymous UserThis is the first time I stayed in this whole season. The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located. Our family of three has a family room. The room is large enough, facilities, health, hotel environment, service and breakfast are good.
There is one aspect that feels unreasonable. The check-out time is not arrived at 12 o'clock. The card will expire at about 11 o'clock. I hope to improve.

SShenjuanxiaoguo新開張的酒店外觀不錯又是在景區內地理位置是OK但是，酒店在服務培訓上有待提高，無論從前台還是客房服務都沒有主動性，熱情有餘行動力不夠，客房衞生間馬桶蓋上居然還有上一次客人遺留下來的污漬這個不能忍，入住第二天居然沒有來打掃房間給我的解釋是要和前台報備此房間需要打掃，再説一下讓人不滿意的硬件，洗臉盆的高度在一米左右，洗個臉費腰啊！電話也是壞的找個客房服務還得去大廳，以上幾點供酒店參考，加強一下服務培訓吧
