I've stayed in many hotels, big and small, but it's rare to encounter such poor service. I suggest the hotel management visit the Greentown Hotel in Qiandao Lake to learn what good service is all about. But then again, if this hotel is a dominant player in the local area and doesn't lack guests, then just disregard my comments. I originally booked for two nights, but ended up canceling the second night after breakfast on the first day. All in all, extremely disappointing! Service: Very poor"
