"The hot spring is particularly good, the swimming pool must be experienced, very clean, the water temperature is comfortable, there is no smell of disinfectant, this is impossible in Chengdu. Breakfast is also very good. The waiter is very dedicated! It feels like a very high-end hotel in Yucheng. We stayed for two days and were very satisfied."

"The view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly ”unexpected” for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!"

"Although the hardware cannot be compared with the newly renovated hotel, the hotel service is particularly warm. There are service staff in the corridor to greet you attentively. I only stayed for one day. When I checked out, the corridor manager accompanied me to the elevator and asked very sincerely if there were any shortcomings. The aunties in the catering department were all kind and friendly, which made people feel the hospitality of Shanxi people. I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Ruicheng next time."

"The hotel's hardware facilities are very good. The mattress is very comfortable, the bedding is clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is plenty of water.
The girl at the front desk is warm and polite, and helps with luggage. The breakfast is very rich and has the taste of home. The waiter is polite and enthusiastic. Although he is old, he greets every guest with a smile and fries dumplings for everyone to eat. Parking is convenient and it is very close to Yongle Palace. It is highly recommended for self-driving tourists to stay here"
