"The hotel entrance was on a side road without any sign; I had to ask after getting off the bus to find it. The room I checked into smelled of cooking fumes, so I asked the staff to change it. The room facilities were basic; the window was small, and the toilet and shower were separated into two small, cramped rooms, not up to the standard of a deluxe king room. The hairdryer was difficult to use and made me dizzy. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection, and some of the sweet potatoes were spoiled and steamed for guests. Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway.
