"Naicang Hotel may not be large, but it's definitely a boutique hotel with unique character! Coming from 3000 kilometers away, the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and welcome, like a long-lost memory! The front desk told me that my room offered views of both Sakya North and South Monasteries—the attention to detail was truly touching! The room and bedding were clean, the pillows were the perfect height, and the room even had several books about Sakya Monastery, including ”Sakya Monastery.” Despite being tired from the five-hour drive, I couldn't resist reading them until after midnight—they really understood us travelers! On my second night, the hotel had a bonfire party, and I even danced a Guozhuang dance—it was wonderful! And unforgettable!"

"We checked into this hotel on June 17th. The lobby was very grand. We arrived at 2 PM, but because our room wasn't clean, we were asked to wait for almost two hours. After the room was finally cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. We booked a deluxe room for 364 RMB, but the front desk said it was 300 RMB. There's no such difference between online and offline bookings. We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The ancient city of Sajia, an important ancient city in Chinese history, Banzhida, Basiba, Kublai, without these great people, it is not known when Tibet will be able to join the Chinese family. All aspects of the hotel are impressive, especially the manager's brother, took me to Sajia Temple, comprehensively and in-depth introductions explained all aspects of Sajia, and made up for me a lack of history and knowledge."

There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.
"It has everything you need for a decent three-star hotel. The rooms are large and the hot water for bathing is very good, which is rare. At first I thought the TV was broken, so I called the waiter to come and check it out. Only then did I realize that I needed to turn on the ”TV” first using the row of buttons on the bedside. But in the same row of buttons, the ”bedside lights” on both sides don't work, and there is only one ”room light” in the entire room."
