The hair dryer is actually from Laifen. I also use this one. The overall feeling of the room is as comfortable as at home. (My brother also sent a message to a friend saying that he used Delifin when he stayed in a hotel😎) In addition, the staff were very enthusiastic and did not neglect every guest. "I have been trusting this brand for the New Year and staying at this Lavande Hotel in Santai. I was really disappointed with this stay.
The overall hygiene is no big problem, but the hot water in the bath is really thunderous! Hot and cold water will automatically switch back and forth, completely unstable. The child was burned and cold from time to time during the bath. At first, I thought that the child accidentally touched the switch. When I washed it myself, I found out that the water temperature was clearly adjusted. Suddenly it became hot or cold without any signs. I encountered this situation for the first time in so many years. Or the old Lavande, really depressed.
In addition, the self-service laundry room experience is also very poor, there is a washing machine, a dryer, and the queue is super long before it is turned. The washing machine is not equipped with laundry detergent, maybe no one is replenished after using it. The dryer is obviously aging, the drying strength is particularly poor, and the clothes are still damp the next day.
The overall stay experience was very poor, completely failing to live up to the trust in Lavande."

This stay was really a surprise! From the beginning of the door, the front desk brother greeted him with a smile. The check-in was so fast that he took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. The room felt very bright as soon as I entered, and the tiredness of the journey was scattered.
