"Overall, it was a good stay experience. It was beyond my expectation to have a hotel of this caliber in the county. It should become an iconic hotel in Santai in the future🏨
Environment: A new garden-style hotel has been opened in the ancient city of Tongchuan. Let’s experience it for one night while on a business trip. There are a lot of green plants and water features, and it’s rare to hear the chirping of birds in the morning. The hydrangeas are in bloom these days, which is perfect for taking photos📷or sitting in the yard and drinking tea☕️
Facilities and hygiene: The breakfast room and lobby bar are all decorated very exquisitely and in line with the positioning of the ancient city. The appearance is Chinese-style, and the contrast of light luxury when entering the lobby is a style that young people will also like. The supplies and utensils in the room are very complete and exquisite, and the bedding is very comfortable after a night's sleep.
Service: The girl who checked in at the front desk was very patient and polite. The room can be fully voice controlled, which is very smart and convenient. The dishes in the breakfast room were not what I expected, but unexpectedly they were very rich, especially the rice noodles. The taste was comparable to the ones outside. gourmet shop"

"The hotel overall is very good! ! ! I accompanied my brother to take the exam and chose a hotel that looked good. The result was unexpectedly good. I personally like the decoration style. The hair dryer is actually from Laifen. I also use this one. The overall feeling of the room is as comfortable as at home. (My brother also sent a message to a friend saying that he used Delifin when he stayed in a hotel😎) In addition, the staff were very enthusiastic and did not neglect every guest. When we went there, it was a little busy, and the young lady quickly greeted us and asked us to wait. very satisfied!
There is just one small drawback, the elevator takes too long to wait."

"I have been trusting this brand for the New Year and staying at this Lavande Hotel in Santai. I was really disappointed with this stay.
The overall hygiene is no big problem, but the hot water in the bath is really thunderous! Hot and cold water will automatically switch back and forth, completely unstable. The child was burned and cold from time to time during the bath. At first, I thought that the child accidentally touched the switch. When I washed it myself, I found out that the water temperature was clearly adjusted. Suddenly it became hot or cold without any signs. I encountered this situation for the first time in so many years. Or the old Lavande, really depressed.
In addition, the self-service laundry room experience is also very poor, there is a washing machine, a dryer, and the queue is super long before it is turned. The washing machine is not equipped with laundry detergent, maybe no one is replenished after using it. The dryer is obviously aging, the drying strength is particularly poor, and the clothes are still damp the next day.
The overall stay experience was very poor, completely failing to live up to the trust in Lavande."

"The first time I went to Santai to stay, I didn’t look at the map and reviews. The hotel is in the development zone and about three kilometers away from the center of the county. The Mingyu series is the most cost-effective here. The price of less than two accommodations is four diamonds. Hotel, what kind of bicycles are needed, the room area is not fake, The air conditioner will not feel cold in the three sets in December, the bath water temperature is very suitable, the wet and dry partition, and the mineral water 2 bottles."

Guest UserMust specially praise the hotel! After checking out, I found that the precious gold bracelet was in the room. I suggested the hotel with the mentality of trying it out. The staff quickly found and kept it properly. They communicated patiently throughout the whole process. They also arranged the return method intimately. The gold was not ignorant. The character was particularly good. Not only the room was clean and comfortable, but the service was thoughtful. The moral of the staff is even more reassuring, the stay experience is full, this hotel is worth staying, highly recommended!

This stay was really a surprise! From the beginning of the door, the front desk brother greeted him with a smile. The check-in was so fast that he took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. The room felt very bright as soon as I entered, and the tiredness of the journey was scattered. The hot water in the bathroom is out in seconds, the water pressure is just right, and the bath towel is wrapped in the bath and nested on the bed to watch TV for a while. It is a fairy day.
