"This stay experience is really satisfactory, I must give this hotel a big praise! Hotel location is very good, travel is convenient, eating and shopping around are very close. The front desk staff was warm and polite, the check-in speed was very fast, the whole process was patient and meticulous, and it felt very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and it was particularly stable to sleep well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is stable, and the bath is very comfortable. The room is well lit and soundproofed, quiet and not noisy, will not be disturbed. The public areas were cleaned very clean, the corridors were clean and odorless, and the overall environment was warm and atmospheric. The cleaning aunt's service is intimate and the demand responds quickly. The hotel has complete facilities, air conditioning and network are very stable, the network speed is smooth, and the office and leisure are no problem. The price is super high, the environment, service, and health are impeccable, and the overall experience is far beyond expectations. I will definitely choose this one next time I come here, and I really recommend it to friends who need accommodation. It is definitely worth staying!"

"Staying at the Shangkeyou Shangdu Government Store was a fantastic experience. The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The room facilities were complete and brand new, very convenient to use. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service, and even offered a complimentary breakfast. The environment was quiet and comfortable, suitable for both business and leisure travel."

"Booked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings."
