"The rooms were exceptionally clean, the front desk service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. It was the best hotel I've stayed in these past few days. Many of my travel companions, even those who'd been to Dahaidao or gone off-roading in the sand, all came to this hotel – it's really great. I highly recommend it to everyone; if I ever pass through Shanshan County again, I'll definitely stay here."

"The hotel reception upgraded me from a room with no window to one with a small window. The room was generally new, and the disposable toiletries were of acceptable quality. However, the room smelled of smoke, the hairdryer was a bit dirty, and the ventilation holes were blocked by lint 🙈. Also, it was incredibly noisy at night; a young man was making noise in the hallway until 2 AM, and I was woken up again in the morning by music from a nearby kindergarten. I'm fed up! The reception staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff were polite. They offered free coffee refills, so overall it was pretty good. However, they need to increase patrols on the lower floors."

"Everything except the breakfast was 10/10. Reception was super good, room was spacious, clean and has somewhat of a view over the desert, there was a (very small) gym and free self service laundry area. Free pick up and drop off from train station offered. Breakfast: brought to your room at whatever time you want, but very boring, basically not worth getting."

"This hotel is so thoughtful. They greeted us as soon as we got off the car, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a big watermelon, which was brought to our room. It is simply a five-star service. Because we just called a taxi to take us to the desert, the proprietress was worried that we would be in danger when we went out to play, so she left her phone number. "The Baoju hotel is located near the middle of town within a short driving distance to the Kumtag desert facilities. The staff were very friendly. Although they could not speak English, they made every good effort to meet all of our needs. The hotel is located in a strip of small businesses and restaurants. It even is directly attached to a convenience store so you don’t need to leave the building for those small necessities. Our stay was pleasant and restful."

"The facilities are brand new, and the hotel is very clean! We were given watermelons upon check-in, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day! We checked in late at night and were completely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including restaurants and a mahjong parlor. The night market is nearby, and there's a barber shop if you don't want to wash your hair. It was a truly worthwhile night in Xinjiang, and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I hadn't been short on time, I would have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The navigation location is the winery visitor center. There are charging piles, but the charging price of 1.2 yuan a day is a bit expensive. It has a small balcony and can see the sand view~ I was actually very satisfied with the environment when I first entered the hotel. When I checked in, I was given a small bag of dried fruits as a souvenir. I felt like I made a lot of money to book such an exquisite hotel for more than 200 yuan. The car was parked directly outside the villa and there were flowers in the small yard. It drives beautifully! However, after actually moving in, I still felt that the facility maintenance and services were lacking: 1. The TV in the room is very large, but unfortunately it only has a TV signal. You can adjust the TV station to watch, but it can’t connect to the Internet. You can’t watch online TV or cast the screen. The beautiful manager enthusiastically came to adjust it for us for a long time, but it still didn’t work. 2. You must know that most of the people who come to stay here come for the Kumtag Desert, so the first thing to do after playing in the sand is to take a shower. There was no hot water when we took a shower, so we called the front desk. Only then did we realize that the water heater had tripped. Of course, this could be because we were unlucky... We couldn't take a shower until half past twelve. 3. Still taking a shower, I finally had some hot water to take a shower. As a result, 2 of the 3 boxes hanging on the bathroom wall were empty and there was no shampoo. It was too late and I didn’t call the front desk. If the water heater tripped, it was luck. Problem, if the toiletries are not replenished in time, it can only be due to insufficient maintenance services. 4.Breakfast is a bit basic When I finally checked out, the lady at the front desk gave me a cute cat pendant. The overall service was still very good~"
