"The hotel was clean and hygienic. The themed rooms didn't look very appealing in the photos, but the actual rooms were quite nice and not at all tacky; in fact, they were quite beautiful. There was also a bathtub for soaking in. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so I disinfected it myself before using it, and the bath was very comfortable. All the necessary facilities were available, except the air conditioner in my room was broken. It was on all night, and the temperature remained at 19 degrees Celsius. The hotel should be aware of this. Overall, the price-performance ratio is really good. I stayed at Dragonair for the first night and left immediately the next day. Dragonair Hotel was incredibly outrageous. They didn't change the bedding, and it was covered in hair. When I contacted the hotel and asked them to change it, they gave me a hard time. It was disgusting. My relative booked it for me, so it was difficult to get a refund; otherwise, I would have left that day. If you're visiting relatives in Hougang, I recommend this hotel. Definitely don't go to Dragonair."

The hotel's service philosophy is "satisfaction + surprise," and it looks forward to welcoming every guest with high-quality service.
"I have stayed in so many hotels, and this experience is really bad today.
Going to the front desk to print three sheets of paper and also charge 3 yuan, I don't care about these dollars, but this practice affects the mood too much. I originally planned to live for a week, but now I choose to check out directly.
Speaking of which, I would like to discuss my personal opinion, known as a five-star hotel:
The water flow in the bath is outrageous, just like peeing.

3. The room decoration smell is very heavy, the newly opened hotel is not ventilated at all
4. The front desk service is cold and there is no enthusiasm at all.
The overall feeling is very bad, completely unworthy of the star standard, will not come again, not recommended."

1. The accommodation environment is decent for a chain hotel; overall hygiene is good.
2. Breakfast is okay, not super extensive, but adequate. The hot dry noodles were quite good.
3. The service attitude is generally fine. However, the housekeeping supervisor on the 5th floor could use some improvement in her service. When I asked her to arrange cleaning, she seemed a bit dismissive. 😂
4. It's next to a farmer's market, and the Hanjiang Embankment is 400 meters away, which is perfect for a run."
