"The twin room at Jinhao Hotel was fantastic! The room was fully equipped and smart, with soft and comfortable bedding and a very relaxing mattress. The Wi-Fi was fast throughout the room, and the air conditioning provided excellent cooling and heating. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, and the room came with complimentary bottled water and useful small appliances. The layout was well-designed, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. The attention to detail was exceptional, making for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!"

"The room was relatively clean, but the first night I stayed in a discounted room on the second basement level. It was very dark, with no sunlight, and the room had a slight odor. I didn't even take off my clothes before going to bed. The second night I was upgraded to a room upstairs with a window and some sunlight. However, after showering that night and going to bed naked, I felt itchy, suspecting the bed wasn't clean. It looked clean, but the areas I couldn't see were unclean; the sheets and duvet cover were shedding lint. Also, drinking water, toilet seat covers, and toilet paper were charged separately, which I don't understand. Toilet paper in the bathroom was free, but it seemed to take a long time to arrive. I stayed for two days, and there seemed to be very few guests, indicating a low occupancy rate. I wouldn't recommend this room for women, children, or people who are very clean. This is a sincere review, and I hope the owner can improve."

The front desk staff gives the re-send meal. The room service is efficient. If there is something that has not been done, the hotel manager will give free late check-out. It is estimated that people who manage OTA have no experience. The room is in good condition except that the lighting is a little dim. The location is about 3 kilometers away from the center of the county. It is not convenient to eat, and everything else is good. For the boss to calculate the account, the property is self-owned, the decoration single room cost 6-7 10,000, the annual occupancy rate should not be higher than 50%, RevPar is 50 yuan to 60 yuan. Although the cost of 42 rooms is not high, the price cannot be sold due to location and operation reasons, and there are difficulties within 5 years.

YanziweibahudieFor a solo business trip, cleanliness and environment were paramount when choosing a room. This one was newly opened, and there weren't many shops or restaurants nearby, except for a small pancake market when I visited in early August. It was already past 9 PM when I arrived, so the electricity was mostly off. Before booking, I read many reviews about a strong smell after renovations, but there aren't many other large chain stores in Zhaodong. I chose this one over Fujia (locals say Fujia is also large, but many rooms have been renovated, resulting in inconsistent room sizes).
I booked the Woyun double room, which was already the most expensive among the standard double rooms when I selected it. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, smiling and quick to check me in. She offered to upgrade me to the most expensive room, which I thought was a suite, but it turned out to be the room I booked. Haha, anyway, I ended up staying in room 2009, which was right next to the elevator. I don't know if it was a room upgrade, so I don't really know how to honestly evaluate the space. It wasn't small, and the room had a very strong smell of new paint (formaldehyde is colorless and odorless, so the smell was probably from wood glue and paint). The window could only be opened a crack, so ventilation wasn't great. Other cleanliness was acceptable; the slippers, towels, and toiletries were clean. The only drawback was the stains on the bedding. There were two hairs under the pillow, one long and one short. I specifically checked the blanket and found some short hairs there too. But based on online reviews and the creases in the bedding, I guessed they were dropped by cleaning staff or leftovers from the original wash. Overall, though, it was still a good experience; these are just minor hygiene details that many hotels can't avoid.
I suggest the hotel open the windows and turn on the air conditioning more often for ventilation; it will improve the experience for future guests.

[Facilities] The hotel adopts traditional old-fashioned decoration style, although there is no modern design, but the basic facilities are perfect, TV, hot water, WiFi and other facilities can be used normally. It should be noted that the door is locked with a key instead of an electronic lock. The door needs to be locked with a deposit of 10 yuan. Some furniture shows a trace of years but maintenance is acceptable.
[Hygiene] The overall environment is clean and tidy, the bedding towels have been standardized and disinfected, and the bathroom has no obvious stains.
[Location] The biggest advantage is that it is adjacent to the train station, which can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot.

There are many small bugs on the windowsill, and there are occasional small flying insects in the twin room and the house. The room is smelly but not particularly heavy. It is okay to open the window. The bedding and towels are clean. There are no yellow stains. The room is still spacious. If you score 5 points, you can evaluate the overall score of 3.5.
