The hotel lobby lacked clear directions to the breakfast area. 6. The hotel's Chinese restaurant prices were a bit high. The resort environment itself is quite nice and quiet. Overall, we won't be coming back. While the hotel environment is fine, the service was truly amateurish and left us feeling quite unsettled. The check-in explanation was very detailed, and we got a free upgrade to a suite, which are the only positives."
