"The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location right in Wuhan's city center. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is less than a 500-meter walk away, and charming historical buildings from the Republic of China era can be reached in under 1000 meters. The three of us each booked a king room. Every room had a chic, 'light luxury' design with a premium feel, and was spotlessly clean. The large windows, in particular, made the rooms wonderfully bright. The toiletries provided were complete and of high quality. My friends consistently praised my choice of hotel, saying they would definitely recommend it to their own friends in the future. What truly stood out was the refreshment station in the ground-floor lobby. It was well-stocked with various drinks, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, and pastries. Every morning, before heading out, I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go! Furthermore, a fantastic bonus was the unlimited supply of Jing Tian mineral water. Unlike many other hotels that only provide two complimentary bottles daily, this hotel conveniently placed mineral water stations next to the elevators, allowing guests to grab a bottle whenever they wished."

"The hotel boasts a superb location on Jianghan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. We were traveling with elderly family members and children, and upon arrival, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made things a bit less convenient than usual. However, we received a complimentary room upgrade that far exceeded our expectations. The front desk had warned us about potential noise from the renovations, but we didn't hear a thing during our three-day stay."

"We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan."

"The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!"

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"

"I had a really great time at the Wuhan Huihao Hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures. The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m). If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again! Thank you very much for the great time and the comfortable stay at the hotel!"

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located."

"Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again. Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles."
