"Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Since we were traveling with a child, any items we needed during our stay were quickly delivered to our room after calling the front desk. There's also a simple children's play area on the fourth floor. The only downsides are the lack of a laundry room and a swimming pool.
Cleanliness: The hotel, from the entrance and lobby to the rooms, was very clean. For those traveling with children, hygiene is paramount, and we felt completely at ease here.
Environment: Located within the Yunqiu Mountain scenic area, there's a shuttle bus right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions.
Service: The service was exceptional. From help with luggage and check-in guidance at the entrance, to being escorted to our room, and staff at the front desk and hotel entrance guiding us to the shuttle bus – every step was thoughtful and thorough. They were always happy to answer any questions. Special mention goes to the lovely manager at the front desk, who, upon seeing we had a child, proactively arranged free breakfast for our child the next day – a gesture that truly sets this hotel apart from most. She also provided a detailed explanation of the scenic area's routes and schedule using a map, including where to take cable cars, buses, and shuttles, and estimated visiting times for each section. Even without prior planning, we had a clear itinerary. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation in Yunqiu Mountain!"

"Exceeded our expectations! Even though the mountain was bare in winter, the cave dwelling experience was a first for us, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully comfortable. Stepping out, we had a lovely little courtyard bathed in sunshine. The ice cave within the scenic area was truly breathtaking, and the ancient village had a strong, festive New Year's vibe. Plus, skiing was a great way for the kids to burn off energy. My family all agreed it surpassed what they expected. We'd love to come back in the summer! 😀"

"I went to Xiangning on a business trip. When I chose the hotel, I booked Xiangning Hotel on Trip.com for a long time. I stayed for one night and felt quite worthwhile.
The front desk service was very neat. It was almost evening when I arrived. I was too tired to talk. The girl at the front desk didn't let me wait too long. The process of registering and taking the room card was smooth. I also reminded the elevator on the left hand side. The details were very intimate.
The room hygiene did not pick up the problem, the door did not smell strange, the sheets and pillowcases were clean, the table and window sills were not dusty, and the living was assured. And the free toiletries in the room are quite easy to use, not the kind of astringent bargains, which is better than some hotels I have stayed in before.
The most unexpected thing is that there is a free swimming place. I am tired from a business trip and went to swim for a while at night. The water is quite clear, there are not many people, and I am very relaxed.
Breakfast also has to be mentioned, the variety is richer than I expected, porridge, buns, eggs, these regular, there are small cold dishes and fruits, in the morning to eat a little stomach is enough, no need to go out to find a place to buy.

"We booked a triple room, which was incredibly spacious and spotless. What truly impressed us was how incredibly helpful and friendly the owner was, providing excellent service. They patiently explained the best sightseeing routes and gave us useful tips for Yunqiu Mountain. The Szechuan food at the restaurant they recommended was delicious, and the breakfast served at the guesthouse was equally tasty. Our car got quite muddy on the journey, and the owner was so thoughtful that they even brought out a hose from their home for us to wash it. Highly, highly recommend!"

"There are many guesthouses nearby, and after looking around, I chose this one because it was the cleanest, very hygienic, and had free parking. The owner's service was also excellent, making me feel comfortable and attentive. My stay didn't disappoint. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. There was also a thoughtful breakfast; I especially want to praise the owner's stir-fried potato shreds—they were absolutely delicious!!! Plus, the guesthouse is located at the foot of Yunqiu Mountain, making it incredibly convenient to get to the scenic area! This guesthouse was truly amazing. We were very satisfied with both the cleanliness and service, and the price was very reasonable—it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This is my go-to place!!!"

We arrived in the evening and got a bit lost trying to find the resort, but a security guard patiently guided us to our destination. Upon arrival, the reception staff gave us a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, every aspect of Yunqiu Mountain, particularly the outstandingly warm service, left a great impression."

The proprietress is very welcoming, the room is clean and hygienic, the nearest to the entrance of the scenic spot, there is a parking lot at the back door and a charging pile, the proprietress will also help buy the scenic spot package, the ice cave group is worth a visit and never seen, the proprietress personally makes breakfast in the morning and pays for it, it is delicious.
