Our loft-style accommodation had beds, a tea room, and a window offering views of birds outside. The entire hotel is situated within an ancient village, offering breathtaking mountain views. During the day, we hiked, visited the ice cave, and explored the ancient village (offering a full day to experiencing intangible cultural heritage such as shadow puppetry, tie-dyeing, and tofu making). In the evening, we enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hotel's hot springs – so comfortable! Our manager, Mr. Lu, took excellent care of us. I definitely want to stay longer next time!"

"1. The room was not cleaned properly, the sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases were all yellow, and there were hair on them. 2. The door lock of the double room on the 13th floor near the elevator exit was broken, and I couldn't get in no matter how I swiped my card. It was already 12 o'clock and I was waiting for the staff to help open the door. 3. I parked my car in the parking lot in the morning and couldn't get out. The parking lot was locked and parking was not allowed, but the hotel allowed guests to park in the parking lot. I waited for half an hour and called several times. Finally, the security guard came out. I couldn't find the person in charge of the parking lot either. It was really a waste of time!"

"I went to Xiangning on a business trip. When I chose the hotel, I booked Xiangning Hotel on Trip.com for a long time. I stayed for one night and felt quite worthwhile. The front desk service was very neat. It was almost evening when I arrived. I was too tired to talk. The girl at the front desk didn't let me wait too long. The process of registering and taking the room card was smooth. I also reminded the elevator on the left hand side. The details were very intimate. The room hygiene did not pick up the problem, the door did not smell strange, the sheets and pillowcases were clean, the table and window sills were not dusty, and the living was assured. And the free toiletries in the room are quite easy to use, not the kind of astringent bargains, which is better than some hotels I have stayed in before. The most unexpected thing is that there is a free swimming place. I am tired from a business trip and went to swim for a while at night. The water is quite clear, there are not many people, and I am very relaxed.
