Guest UserThis trip to Xichang became more wonderful because of staying in this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with a reasonable layout, every corner was clean and tidy, and when the lights were turned on, it was bright and warm. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, checked in quickly, and introduced the surrounding area attentively. Free pick-up and drop-off service between the high-speed rail station and the airport makes travel stress-free. If you are tired from playing at night, there is free midnight snack to warm your stomach. The intelligent decoration adds a lot of convenience and fun, it’s amazing!

Guest User(Since the two days were booked in two separate orders, I'm just copying the review from the previous day.) Last year, my best friend and I stayed at the Heyue Hotel when we visited Xichang, and we loved it. So this year, my husband and I chose Heyue again. The rooms at Heyue are elegant and cozy. I especially liked the rooms with courtyards, where we could quietly enjoy tea and conversation in the afternoon. The breakfast was fantastic—a wide variety of delicious options; I wanted to try everything, but my stomach couldn't hold it all. Also, Heyue has very spacious public areas. Besides the front and back gardens and the central courtyard garden, there's a large tea room where you can read. They gave us a souvenir when we left, and thoughtfully provided bottled water for our journey. I'll definitely stay at Heyue again next time I'm in Xichang.

BambuI went back to the hotel lobby late with my friends. I had two uncles (should be staff from other departments of the hotel). I asked to wait for two minutes. The front desk was in the toilet. I didn’t have a hurry and waited for a minute. The uncle was very enthusiastic and poured water. The room was not full the day before and the room type was upgraded very intimately. I also often live in hotels under the Huazhu Club on business trips. Hanting in Xiaoshan, Mercure in Chengdu Xindu, and the whole season in Tianjin Binhai are the most intimate and warm. The stay experience is very good and the staff is very lively. The only downside is that the hair dryer of Huazhuhui is not very easy to use (this is a flaw), many hotels are equipped with high-speed hair dryers, I hope it can be used in the future. Overall praise ( ̄▽ ̄)~*

Awesome, the boss upgraded the room type for free. With a large terrace, it is very comfortable to enjoy afternoon tea in the sun. The room is not small for the big bed room and the standard room. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. Each room has a smart toilet. The supplies provided in the room are also complete, the breakfast is quite rich, the rice noodles, noodles, fried rice, cakes, bread, coffee, milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables are rich in variety and taste good. The whole is quiet and comfortable, very close to the Dashiban Village, and it takes 20 minutes to walk.

Joyfang~jiaenEvery time I go back to Xichang, I will bring my children to stay here. It is very convenient to eat and play. Tangyuan Commercial Street is downstairs. The room is very satisfactory. The location is very good. The view is very good. The hotel is very cost-effective for off-peak travel. The breakfast that my mother took the children to eat was average, but when we arrived in Xichang, any rice noodles were delicious. As a Liangshan native, I always try the Mianning BBQ restaurant downstairs on the left side of the hotel.

very nice place. The area is not crowded and very close to the lake. they have one bike to rent for 15 rmb per day, which makes it convenient for solo travellers. Additionally, they have a common kitchen fully equipped that costs 10 rmb to use. It's really nice for making breakfast or coffee. They have coffee filters and pour over equipment if you fancy it. The room is clean, and there are plenty common space to hang out, and there are washing machines on the top floor with soap. Highly recommend this place!

Came here for a weekend getaway with my family, hoping to see the seagulls at Qionghai Lake. I randomly picked this hotel online because it seemed very close to all the attractions. I called ahead to let the front desk know my arrival time, and they even added me on WeChat to send me recommendations for local tours and food – that was really great, haha, very thoughtful! The service was excellent. When we checked in, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-lit, and the cleanliness was top-notch, super satisfied. The winter scenery in Xichang is also stunning, and sunbathing during the day was incredibly comfortable. If I ever get the chance to visit Xichang again, I'll definitely choose this hotel, hahaha.

ChengdufengyuI searched for resort hotels in Xichang on Ctrip, and it came down to a choice between the top two, so I picked this one. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; if you don't have a car, you'll mostly rely on taxis. They do have fast and slow chargers, which is great for electric car owners! It's right next to Yinlin Beach, and you can reach Qionghai Lake by walking through the hotel lobby. The rooms and cleanliness are good, but the soundproofing is poor!
I brought my family this time and booked three rooms for two nights. On the last day, my elderly parents were too tired, so we requested a late checkout until 2 PM, which the front desk agreed to. Many thanks for that!
As a relatively expensive resort hotel, I do have a few suggestions. The front desk staff are excellent, but their uniforms are quite old and should be replaced – it detracts from the hotel's image!
There's no bellhop service, which is very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage or those with mobility issues! There are only two or three staff members that guests typically interact with, so certain services should not be skimped on! The dust on the front desk counter and computer screens was so thick you could write in it. The cleaning staff could take some time to address this, as it's an area guests see. Another unacceptable point is that all the seating in the public areas outside the lobby requires a fee. They should at least offer it for free to in-house guests! After all, it's a resort hotel, not a budget hotel, and it made my elderly parents feel they could only rest in their rooms.
Due to the hotel's somewhat remote location, food delivery usually takes over an hour. The hotel does have a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a barbecue bar, which is convenient, though a bit pricey, as expected. I'd recommend eating out before returning to the hotel to rest!
The hotel breakfast is average, possibly because there aren't many guests on weekdays. I wonder how it will be during the upcoming long holiday.
