Xinchang Hotels with Wifi

I am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody.

Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

It was a spontaneous ”just pack up and go” trip. I wanted to fully appreciate the scenery of Tianmu Mountain, and I'd heard that this ”Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B” had high ratings and was popular with families with children. Although the initial capsule type I chose wasn't ideal, after negotiating with the manager and getting a reasonable upgrade, the experience was quite good. I could see the sea of ​​clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

If you think the following is okay: 1. The entire hotel is located on South Street, and the movable loudspeakers on South Street will allow you to listen to the best songs of the afternoon. 2. All the boutique king rooms of the hotel are closest to the ”South Street Tavern” which is in the same courtyard as the hotel. The staff will tell you that the sound insulation is very good and will give you a pair of 3M earplugs upon your request. 3. The hotel's breakfast is from 7 to 9 o'clock. If you go at 8:30, there will be nothing there. The auntie will cook you some vegetable and soy sauce clear soup noodles. No one will clear the table and there will be no napkins, but the staff will come in and take the only remaining boiled egg for their own breakfast. The auntie will tell you that you are too late, she is old, and she started preparing at 6:30. 4. When you go out for a trip and come back to your room at 3pm, your room should be the same as when you left. You can ask the staff for two bottles of water and two black plastic bags to collect the garbage in your room. You can also ask the front desk staff for two clean towels to change your room. 5. When you came in on the first day, there was a small disposable package of Fuyangjie at the drain in the shower room. You gave feedback to the staff, and they said, thank you for your feedback, that’s it. If you think these are nothing, then the advantages of the hotel should be mentioned in other reviews. I also read other reviews and thought they were good, so my review can be regarded as an objective supplement.

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended for water play in summer! The whole house is smart, pet-friendly, and you can play in the water and swim for free within 300 meters. The scenery is also great! You can drive 25 minutes to the town for meals, and the owner of the B&B also has a bubble house for meals! It is very cost-effective and you can stay for a few days in summer.

It was my first time to come to Xinchang, and I chose a hotel next to Wanda. I chose this hotel, which is located in the city center, just a few hundred meters away from Wanda. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel room is also very good, the bed is very comfortable, and the front desk service is also very good, very considerate, and very satisfied.

The B&B has a beautiful environment and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The host is hospitable and the service is attentive. It is convenient to travel around and experience the local customs. It’s a wonderful place to stay while traveling and highly recommended!
