"The overall feeling is very good. I have stayed here many times. The service provided by the front desk lady is very good. However, before the check-out time, the cleaning lady went in and started cleaning without permission. I had not checked out yet. There were still about 40 minutes before the check-out time. I was busy outside and came back to the hotel to pack up. I saw the cleaning lady went in and cleaned without permission without my permission or reminder. I felt very uncomfortable. Moreover, the cleaning lady didn't say a word when I went back, and didn't ask me. I was about to call the front desk, but it was not easy. Other cleaning ladies would go up and down the stairs to say hello, but this one today was really different and made me feel extremely uncomfortable."
