"I stayed at the Zhongya International Hotel in Yining. It's conveniently located—just a few minutes from the train station. The room wasn't perfectly sterile, but it was clean and cozy, with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, even though the menu hadn't changed in three days. I was especially surprised by the smart toilet—a pleasant surprise. 🙂 There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, offering a variety of cuisines, so you can try local dishes or just grab a bite. "Overall, the stay was good. First, the advantages: 1. The hotel allowed late check-out until 4 PM the next day, which was really great. 2. The hotel also provided complimentary dried fruit, which was also very kind. 3. The hotel staff were friendly and responded promptly to any issues, resolving them actively. 4. They even upgraded me to a room for free, which was very spacious and comfortable. 5. Most importantly, the price was very cheap. I used various discounts, and the double room with one single bed was only 174 yuan. Considering all the advantages, it was excellent value for money. 6. They also provided two breakfasts, and you could take them home. The front desk said it was okay to take them home, but the breakfast counter said it wasn't allowed, though they eventually let me have mine. The disadvantages: 1. I don't know if I didn't know how to adjust the temperature, or if it was just a normal setting, but the room temperature could only go up to 30 degrees Celsius and couldn't be increased. It felt very cold after showering. 2. After showering, I took a towel and unfolded it; there was a... 1. One had long hair, the other short hair. It's possible that during room cleaning, they found the previous guest hadn't used a towel and put it in without changing it. 2. The showerhead looked large, but it only sprayed water intermittently; not all the holes were working. About half of the holes were spraying water, perhaps to save costs. When I booked the hotel, I was happy with the size of the showerhead, but after showering, I found the water flow was the same as other smaller showerheads, which was a bit disappointing. 3. When I lifted the blanket, the blanket and sheet were tucked under the mattress at the foot of the bed. Pulling it out pulled out the sheet as well. This felt inconvenient; it would be much better to just lay the blanket down and lift it up. Pulling it out like this easily shifts the sheet. 4. The breakfast selection was rather limited. It looked plentiful, but the actual taste wasn't very good, and there wasn't much to eat. Overall, these are the main points. I was still very satisfied; it was excellent value for money and worth staying at."

Six-Star Street, right opposite the hotel, is like a frantic marketplace. Drivers on the road constantly blare their horns, show absolutely no respect for pedestrians, and drive recklessly, making everything feel incredibly fast-paced and stressful. The city's infrastructure and development clearly haven't kept up with modern standards; you see discarded, half-pulled cables strewn everywhere. I genuinely have no desire to visit Yining again."

"I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive days. Let me start with the issues. The hotel's service isn't up to par with such high standards, and the staff's awareness is still at the level of a small hotel. 1. I discovered the shampoo was empty while showering. I called for a bottle six times, and it finally arrived after a 40-minute delay. 2. The next night, when I returned to my room, I found the teacups and other items on the table completely disorganized and untied. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and was still disassembled. Fortunately, the manager on duty was very friendly and handled the situation appropriately. 3. The next morning, the parking QR code suddenly stopped working. The front desk told me to pay first and then add WeChat for reimbursement. When I left that morning, I took a screenshot of the payment information and shared it with the hotel. Finally, around 10 PM, after repeated inquiries, someone transferred the reimbursement. It's understandable that a new hotel would have issues, but for a Hilton-affiliated hotel to rush into a project with such limited training, is it ill-considered and would damage its brand value? Finally, let's discuss the positives. The room hardware meets Hilton Home Suite standards, including a microwave, a small, recyclable sink, and a cutting board, living up to the apartment's aesthetic. The bedding and consumables are standard Hilton brands. The washer and dryer are large and well-equipped, and the gym is well-equipped. The service details in these areas are excellent, with a full complement of spare parts. The fruit plate provided for members upon check-in is average. Overall, I would still choose Hilton Home Suites again, but I hope the service level can be improved to match."

Of course, compared to guesthouses directly on Six-Star Street, the view from the window is quite ordinary. In the mornings, there are great baozi options nearby, and for lunch, there's delicious拌面 (banmian - mixed noodles). The coffee shop across the street is also a nice spot to check out. Housekeeping was very good, and it would be even better if the quality of the amenities could be improved."

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili! The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers. The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe. The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. QQingjiaowohuahuayaNewly opened hotels don't have a distinct atmosphere, but the owner's dedication is immediately apparent upon arrival. I was eager to extend my stay after checking in. This was my first time staying in an all-female youth hostel. Apart from the two male owners, there was no one else in the entire place. They were very discreet and stayed away from the rooms unless they were helping the girls carry their suitcases to the stairs. It felt very safe, especially the owner's wife, who was incredibly cute. Chongqing people are incredibly lively when they chat. Speaking of the room, the bed was perfectly made and didn't creak. I slept through it until after 1:00 PM on my first day. It was a fantastic sleep, and the first thing I did when I woke up was to extend my lease. I absolutely loved it.

The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!

FFreddy LubinThis was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff. The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes. The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look. We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight. All in all a great choice. Thank you again to the staff.
