Every day I would stroll around the old town, then come back to the courtyard to chat and drink tea – it was so relaxing! The owner even personally grilled meat for us. This leisurely lifestyle was so pleasant; I didn't want to leave! Haha, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yining. I wish the owner booming business and lots of money!"

"The room was very clean, the courtyard was lovely, and the guesthouse wasn't in the most bustling area, so it was very quiet at night. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us two plates of fruit upon check-in—they were especially delicious! The hotel provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, which were very convenient. Hot water was available right outside the door, and they even gave us a souvenir upon departure. They drove us to the bus station and helped us call to arrange a shared ride to Zhaosu. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!"

"ATTENTION! The hotel is completely smoky, literally smelling like a *******! The smoke is very loud, so I highly recommend avoiding weekend stays. There are also sewer and flushing issues. Apparently, the toilets clog regularly. Otherwise, everything is fine. The staff is helpful, the room is clean. Pros: European-style electrical outlets, excellent location, a very beautiful park nearby, reasonable price."

"Yili River Hotel is excellent! The entire hotel is situated within a large park, and the facilities and landscaping are superb. The hotel's amenities are also very good, almost like a high-end hotel built by the government with significant investment. While the staff weren't overly enthusiastic, their service was professional and very much on point. Breakfast was also delicious. The price is not high at all, making it extremely good value for money."

The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, with a wonderful atmosphere – truly a healing sanctuary during my travels. The hotel's design is simply elegant and home-like. The public areas are clean, bright, and well-lit with soft lighting, completely devoid of that commercial hustle and bustle, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The public spaces are tidy, well-organized, and adorned with greenery, all meticulously maintained. The guest rooms are well-laid out with excellent natural light. The bedding is soft and clean, and the soundproofing is superb, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep after a day of travel. The hotel's overall ambiance is serene and comfortable, perfect for those visiting Yining, especially for a road trip stopover. What truly impressed me, and what sets this hotel apart from other five-star establishments, is the genuinely heartfelt service from the management. A special thank you to the Assistant General Manager. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Knowing I had driven a long distance, they specially gifted me a local lavender sachet. Its light, calming scent was perfect for my tired state after the journey. It was a small gift, but incredibly thoughtful, filled with the gentle, ceremonial charm of Yili. What's even more remarkable is that even after check-out, they continued to follow up on my journey, proactively asking if I had arrived safely at my destination and if my travels were smooth. I've stayed in countless hotels, and most services end right after check-out. It's rare to find management or staff who still care about a guest's safety after they've left. This kind of unexpected, heartfelt attention and sincerity was truly touching. Overall, my experience was that this hotel not only boasts excellent facilities and a comfortable, clean environment, but more importantly, it offers warm and personable service. I genuinely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone traveling to Yining, whether for leisure, a road trip, or business! The comfortable environment and heartwarming service made it the most satisfying stay of my Xinjiang trip! ✨"

"Came to Xinjiang for a destination wedding, and our wedding planner recommended this hotel. It's a bit out of the way, but once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. The front desk staff, both the young lady and gentleman, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I was traveling with my parents and family, and they all spoke highly of them. We really liked them and would definitely return just for the service. The rooms are also very modern and smart. During the day, the courtyard gets plenty of sunlight and looks bright and cheerful. The flowers in the courtyard were also in full bloom, giving it a complete springtime feel. The front desk area is also decorated very simply and elegantly, which is great for anyone who wants to take photos. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."
