"It's 2 AM, and I can't sleep after writing this review in the courtyard, so I just got up and sat here. The night in Liuxing Street is so quiet, with only occasional dog barks and distant lights. The moon hangs above the apple tree. I've stayed at this hostel for three days and will be leaving tomorrow. There are some things I want to write down before I forget. First, let's talk about hygiene. I have a peculiar habit: the first thing I do when entering a room is to feel the tabletop and windowsill. And truly, it was spotless. The floor is wood-grain tile, and walking barefoot on it felt perfectly clean. The bedding was freshly changed and smelled warm, like it had been sun-dried. There wasn't a single hair on the public restroom floor, and the trash cans weren't emptied only when overflowing. What touched me most was that the cups in the wash area were placed upside down in a sterilizer cabinet, for guests to use. Yes, a sterilizer cabinet. Location: It's in an alley in Liuxing Street, but very easy to find. Turn right out of the door, and a small alley leads directly to the main street. To the left is an old residential area, perfect for aimless wandering. It's about seven or eight minutes' walk to the Alexander Accordion Museum and also to the famous ice cream shop. If you, like me, enjoy walking and exploring small alleys, this place is a paradise. There are three bus stops nearby, making it convenient to go to Kaxgar and Hanren Street. Service: The front desk staff was a girl with a ponytail, and her voice was soft. It was drizzling when I arrived on the first day, and she handed me a dry towel to wipe my hair. When I came back late at night, I found a message on the small blackboard at the entrance: 'There's yogurt in the fridge, help yourself.' I thought it was for a fee, but when I asked the next day, she smiled and said, 'It's free, we worry you might get overheated in this weather.' When I left, I forgot my power bank, and she chased me down two alleys. Facilities: The beds are incredibly stable; the bunk beds don't wobble. Each bunk has a curtain, a light, two power outlets, and a small shelf, perfect for a phone and glasses. The common area has a water dispenser (with both hot and cold water), a microwave, a refrigerator, and a toaster. There's also a washing machine that can be used by scanning a QR code. The most pleasant surprise was a small bookshelf with not many books, but a few picture books about Ali, which made me want to visit Mount Kailash as I flipped through them. Atmosphere: Unlike some hostels that deliberately force social interaction, the atmosphere here is very natural. In the evening, someone played the Dombra in the courtyard, while others just listened quietly. There was an older gentleman who had just returned from a pilgrimage, his feet still swollen, sitting on the steps drinking sweet tea, and no one disturbed him. Occasionally, people would strike up a conversation, also in soft voices. I'm sitting in the courtyard now, and the evening breeze is a little cool. The moon is bright, and I can see the shadows of the clouds. I'll probably feel a bit reluctant to leave tomorrow. But it's okay; I know I'll be back. The night of Liuxing Street, the dream of Mount Kailash, and the gentleness of this little courtyard all remind me why I'm always on the road."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk from LiuXing Street, supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops. It's also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to visit places like Sayram Lake. The hotel kindly arranged a pick-up from the train station upon our arrival, which was very helpful. While there was no drop-off service available for our early departure, we understood that the shuttle service only starts operating from 9:00 a.m. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for travelers who value convenience and accessibility. Highly recommended!"

"I stumbled upon this hostel by chance, initially drawn in by its ambiance—I loved the flowers and plants, the grape trellis, and the spacious courtyard. The atmosphere in the courtyard was wonderful after I settled in. The owners even organized a road trip for everyone, visiting Nalati and Huanghuang Village. Both owners are excellent cooks; one is from my hometown in Guangdong and even took me to the wholesale market to buy fruit 🍉. A whole bunch of strawberries was only 100 yuan! The mulberries in the courtyard were incredibly sweet; we had more than we could eat every day—white, pink, and black, all so delicious! I also saw apple trees, wild cherry trees, and vegetables growing in the backyard 😁. Both owners were incredibly kind and down-to-earth, almost always ready to help. I even got a free meal! They cleaned the courtyard every day and bought huge watermelons 🍉 for everyone. During Eid al-Adha, they even took us to visit other places…"

The room is bright, spacious, clean, and tidy, and the water pressure from the faucet is exceptionally strong, making for a very comfortable shower. There are also washing machines and dryers on the third floor, which is very convenient for us road-trippers. Just be careful not to park under the utility poles; we woke up to a car full of bird droppings! 😂😂😂"

However, the service and amenities really don't match up. When I went to the gym to work out, the air conditioning was practically boiling – I called three different people and no one could fix it. Plus, one of the machines was making a strange noise, and even after a technician spent ages trying to fix it, it still wasn't resolved. And about the outdoor sofas outside the gym's glass wall: if that door is open, you really need to keep the area clean. I wanted to sit out there for a bit, but everything was covered in a layer of dust. Overall, for the highest prices in the country, you really need to deliver on that pricing."

"I've stayed at this hotel twice now. What I really liked was its high floor and floor-to-ceiling window! The view was stunning! Just like in Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou, it's perfect for taking photos. It's also very quiet; my friends and I came here to take pictures! I feel like you can't find another hotel like this in Yining. This stay was a great experience, and the front desk service was excellent! The receptionist was beautiful and spoke with poise, elegance, and gentleness, and the male receptionist was also handsome and upright. He even helped me with my luggage. I loved it!"

"Overall good. I have collected it and will stay here again if I have the chance. It's a new hotel and the overall situation is quite clean. The room is equipped with a refrigerator (which is really good. I bought a lot of Yili yogurt and drank two cups every day). There was a slight smell of decoration when I first moved in, but it didn't have much impact. Stayed three nights. When I checked in on the first night of February 24, a few drunk people came to the next door at 3 a.m. It was a big noise. I am especially grateful to the service staff (a girl) on duty at midnight who found another room for me on the same floor. I slept in the other room for a few hours. I slept soundly for the next two days. The hotel is located in a development zone, and the environment and road settings are great. I went there for breakfast, it was a bit simple but definitely filling."

"Self-driving Beijiang Ring Line stayed at Yiningsuoxing Hotel halfway, and the hardware facilities completely exceeded expectations. The bedding in the guest room is changed daily, clean and odorless, the room is well lit, the whole house facilities are maintained in place, the air conditioning, hot water, and washing equipment are all normal and easy to use, the bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, and the cleaning is meticulous. The hotel has complete supporting facilities: 24-hour self-service laundry room with drying function, self-driving laundry is easy to deal with; independent gym equipment is complete, you can exercise your body when you sit on the journey; large free parking lot, and plenty of parking space. The breakfast buffet is rich, taking into account the taste of the north and south, and there are local specialties. The front desk staff is patient and meticulous, the check-in and check-out process is simple and fast, the overall environment of the hotel is clean and quiet, the price is super high, and it is highly recommended to come to Yining by car!"

"This was a wonderfully pleasant stay! After visiting Sayram Lake and arriving in Yining, I immediately spotted this newly opened hotel. The decor was grand and stylish, with a great design, and the facilities were new, smart, and fully equipped. The experience was fantastic! The receptionists and the owner were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in and even giving us a fruit platter. The security guard was also very friendly, proactively helping with our luggage. It truly made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Xinjiang! The breakfast was also very plentiful, and importantly, there were no pre-made dishes – everything was handmade and fresh. The owner was even eating while we were, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ili River Scenic Area, so you can check in right after your visit. There's also a night market nearby with a wide variety of food! For this price, I highly recommend it!"

"Boss, you must be rich. I have been traveling in Xinjiang for several days, and I changed hotels almost every day. I booked this homestay based on the good reviews, and it was indeed a pleasant surprise. The roadside sign was not very attractive, the parking space was tight at the door, the small front desk, the yard had green grape racks, and other tenants' clothes were hung to dry, just like a family yard. The room was also clean and tidy. Several of us checked in, and the boss was sweating while helping us move the luggage. We had some dirty clothes after playing for a few days, so we asked if there was a place to wash the clothes. The boss directly told us to put them next to the washing machine. It was too hot, so we went back to the room to rest. When we got up, my goodness, the clothes were not only washed, but also hung in the yard. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered a boss who helps wash clothes. We went out to play and came back late without having dinner, so the boss roasted lamb for us. The portion was large, fresh and delicious. I will order here again if I have the chance to visit Yining next time."

The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, with a wonderful atmosphere – truly a healing sanctuary during my travels. The hotel's design is simply elegant and home-like. The public areas are clean, bright, and well-lit with soft lighting, completely devoid of that commercial hustle and bustle, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. A special thank you to the Assistant General Manager. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Knowing I had driven a long distance, they specially gifted me a local lavender sachet. Its light, calming scent was perfect for my tired state after the journey. It was a small gift, but incredibly thoughtful, filled with the gentle, ceremonial charm of Yili. What's even more remarkable is that even after check-out, they continued to follow up on my journey, proactively asking if I had arrived safely at my destination and if my travels were smooth. I've stayed in countless hotels, and most services end right after check-out. It's rare to find management or staff who still care about a guest's safety after they've left. This kind of unexpected, heartfelt attention and sincerity was truly touching. Overall, my experience was that this hotel not only boasts excellent facilities and a comfortable, clean environment, but more importantly, it offers warm and personable service. I genuinely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone traveling to Yining, whether for leisure, a road trip, or business! The comfortable environment and heartwarming service made it the most satisfying stay of my Xinjiang trip! ✨"
