"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

"During check-in, they were indifferent. I booked a deluxe smart twin room, but they gave me a room with a tiny window. Strangely, both the window of the room next door and the window of the adjacent room faced a small space with absolutely no air circulation. It felt like a disguised wall separating us, which felt like a rip-off. As for the oxygen concentrator, after I informed the front desk, a guy came and fiddled with it for ages before finally managing to get air out of a vent. I've stayed in many Vienna hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this!"

Staff doesn't know much about getting around, they have to ask the boss.
It can be a bit noisy when people walk through the hallway as the sound echoes through the building.
It's a bit dark inside and there is no elevator.
Eventhough the minor things, it's a good and affordable place to stay in Yushu!"

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. Guest UserDriving around was my top choice! Thank you to the lovely Cai Ren Yongji for her wonderful smile and attentive service. The parking lot in Yushu city is exceptionally large and convenient (see attached photo). Breakfast is available for takeout, with a good variety including local ******* specialties. The laundry room and gym are also very comfortable. The rooms have ample oxygen supply, and there's even an oxygen chamber in the lobby – such thoughtful care! I even caught the Qinghai Super League match, which was within easy walking distance. It's only a few kilometers from the city center, offering a quiet and spacious environment – I loved it and highly recommend it!

The Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek!

Traveling through Yushu City, choose this hotel to stay. Located next to the main road, close to Yushu Bayi Hospital, not far from Jiegu Temple, State Museum, and Earthquake Relief Memorial Hall. There is a paid parking lot in front of the door, and the 24-hour charge is 10 yuan; There is also a separate underground parking lot, but only a few cars can be parked. The room is fully equipped, it feels newly renovated, but there is no smell, the bathroom is separated from the bathroom, the smart toilet, the bathing facilities are good, the hot water is sufficient, the bedding is clean and comfortable. The room is very close to the commercial area and it was very noisy after 1am. It was around seven in the morning and I had to collect garbage again. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no partition, which makes it very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The toilet flushes very hard, like a flood, and I have no choice but to unplug it. The service was pretty good. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they immediately came to fix it when I reported it. The facilities in the whole room are actually good, but the details still need to be improved.
