" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."

"Not far from the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for transportation. It's quiet, has a garden in front, and a wine culture museum across the street. The garden plaza features 'Bai Jia Xing' (hundred family names) sealed wine jars, where everyone can find their own surname. It has a very distinctive local character. The price is affordable and breakfast is included, though the room is a bit small."

"A great hotel can truly cure travel fatigue. The moment I stepped into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and complete facilities, and thoughtful touches were evident everywhere. What's even rarer is the genuine hospitality I felt from the moment I entered the lobby—from the front desk's sincere smile to the natural greetings and timely assistance from every staff member throughout my stay. Highly recommend!"

"The lake view room offered a stunning view! The double sinks were super convenient for getting ready, and having both a bathtub and a pool was a huge plus. The kids had an absolute blast at the kids' club, digging in the sand, feeding animals, and riding the mini-train – they didn't even want to leave to explore! For breakfast, there was Zunyi beef vermicelli and beef noodles, plus Zunyi Ciba. The dinner buffet had plenty of crawfish, and we also enjoyed steak, lamb chops, oysters, and ice cream. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Zunyi Conference Site, and ordering takeout was a breeze."

"The hotel is great. Facilities: Very complete. Cleanliness: Relatively clean, very meticulous. Environment: Comfortable and pleasant. Service: Warm and thoughtful. The hotel offers excellent value for money. It's close to the high-speed rail station, making transportation very convenient. They also provide free breakfast and free parking. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend it."

"I accidentally booked a hotel right above a Tesla Supercharger station – what a pleasant surprise! 😄 It couldn't be more convenient. For anyone traveling with an electric car, this place is perfect. There are so many charging stations, and the food across from the hotel is excellent. Hangzhou Road, just opposite, is a real food street. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, late-night snacks, laundry, and car wash services. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Zunyi, haha! The only minor drawbacks are that vehicle access is a bit inconvenient due to narrow roads, and there are only two elevators, which can get crowded with longer wait times. ☹️"

"The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, and the rooms are clean with soft bedding! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. They even provided complimentary bottled water, which was very thoughtful! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient."

"My friends and I chose this hotel for a concert, and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully recommended suitable restaurants and attractions nearby. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. What truly impressed us was the hotel's service team's attention to detail, like helping us with our luggage and showing us to our room while explaining the facilities. This feeling of being valued made our whole trip so much warmer. "❄️ Hardware facilities and sleep experience: • Air conditioning episode: The air-conditioning in the room was not cold enough on the first day of check-in, the room temperature could not drop, and the room was 30 degrees, which was a bit irritable. After reporting to the front desk, the engineering department master debugged several times before and after and barely returned to normal. Although the service attitude was nothing to say, the initial experience did get a discount. • Bedding comfort: Fortunately, the mattress and pillow support are just right, moderately hard and soft, and you can sleep well. • Room layout: Although the room size is large, the position of the small bed is really fascinating, just next to the gate. As long as there is movement in the corridor or the neighbors close the door, the sound will be directly poured in, and the tranquility is slightly worse. Breakfast experience: This time may coincide with the off-season, the occupancy rate is not high, resulting in a bit of breakfast supply ”sucking up”. • On the first day: 8:45, there was not much left of the dishes. There was only one waiter on the spot, cooking noodles while frying eggs, too busy to pay, and I couldn't care about making up the dishes. • The next day: 8:15, the situation is a little better, but the overall category selection is still not much. • The only comfort: You must name and praise brown sugar! Soft mussels are sweet and are the best in the whole venue. I suggest you go straight to this. Service and Location: • Front desk service: It is worthy of recognition. Whether it is the inquiry before check-in or the car demand, the response is very timely, making up for the small defects in the hardware. • Transportation location: The location is excellent, just next to the high-speed rail station. The surrounding area is quiet. Although it is not a bustling city, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. It is also very convenient to drive or call a car."
