2 adults and 1 child ticket - includes free shuttle bus and free parking. The experience at Jiang Zhai Mushan Hotel was absolutely amazing! The location is quiet with breathtaking views; opening the window reveals a picturesque ink-wash landscape, and both the morning mist and night views are incredibly beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is thoughtful and attentive, and breakfast is also excellent. Staying in the village is so delightful, I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Service: We entered through the West Gate at night, but the hotel is actually closer to the East Gate. There's a shuttle bus from the scenic area to the hotel, but the wait was quite long. It would be great if the hotel had its own dedicated shuttle. During the Qingming Festival, there were a lot of tourists. Since we arrived quite late, our original room type was fully occupied, so we got a free upgrade to a king suite. Breakfast was abundant and served until 10 AM, definitely a resort-style hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's about an 800-meter walk to the main attractions. Facilities: The facilities are very new.

Mushan Hotel is nestled within Wujiangzhai, offering a serene environment and rooms with an elegant, antique-inspired interior. The service is warm and patient. A special shout-out to the breakfast at Mushan Hotel – there's a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, dozens of dishes in total, and they all taste genuinely delicious.

The hotel's location inside the scenic area is really convenient. However, the rooms aren't particularly large. You definitely need to take a bus to get to the main part of the scenic area; otherwise, there's a downhill walk. Also, the elevator is a bit slow. Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel is too far from the scenic area. During the off-season, the shuttle bus required a long wait and detoured to a fixed stop, which was very inconvenient for those with mobility issues and the elderly. On top of that, the front desk service was terrible. When we checked out, we emphasized three times that our luggage needed to be sent to the Dongzhaikou Tourist Center, but due to a handover error at the front desk, it was sent to the farthest Xizhaikou. This resulted in a delay of over two hours in retrieving our luggage, forcing us to change our subsequent flights and other travel plans. When we tried to communicate, the hotel front desk and scenic area staff just blamed each other and refused to give us specific information about the responsible personnel. After we finally got our luggage, we wanted to inspect it on the spot and take photos for evidence. The scenic area staff then said it wasn't their business and threatened to call the police if we photographed them, only allowing us to photograph our own luggage! I mean, you made the mistake first, you refused to give us the name and employee ID of the person responsible for resolving the issue, and our luggage was missing for over two hours. We only had a quick look on-site. If there's a problem later, who do we contact? How do we reach the person in charge? That's why we wanted to take a photo. If they were truly staff sent by the scenic area to communicate, shouldn't they proactively provide their information and leave a business card or contact details? Otherwise, who do tourists contact if they find a problem after leaving? I cannot agree with Wujiangzhai Scenic Area's crisis management approach, nor with Mushan Hotel's solution after their front desk's mistake and buck-passing. One-star review!!! Wujiangzhai Scenic Area, please seriously address the staff who were unfriendly and threatened us between 3:30-4:00 PM on March 30th!!!

This hotel is excellent, offering the best value for money within Wujiangzhai. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's clean, quiet, and the breakfast is plentiful. My whole family was very satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is located halfway up the scenic mountain, with Wujiangzhai village at the foot. There's a free shuttle service available. The hotel offers good value for money, and the customer service is excellent. They even helped us move our luggage to the lobby free of charge in advance, allowing us to explore the area unburdened. After checking in at the main entrance, we were granted free entry to the scenic area.

While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the main scenic area, the shuttle service makes it very convenient, especially for those traveling with elderly relatives and children. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was excellent and extensive. For dinner, we dined à la carte, and the food was absolutely delicious, perfectly suiting our family's tastes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, which were far superior to anything available within the scenic area. I highly recommend trying the food on the restaurant's third floor. The room was great, and the service was excellent. Although we encountered a minor hiccup, it was resolved promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We checked in at the service center located at the village entrance. Private cars are not allowed into the scenic area and must be parked in the open-air lot at the entrance. Listing your license plate number on the check-in form waives the parking fee. The staff at check-in were friendly, smiling, and explained everything patiently. You get unlimited free shuttle rides by showing your check-in slip or room key (note: you'll need to take the shuttle to the hotel's front desk first to exchange your check-in slip for the room key). Staff were also proactive in helping with our luggage. We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and were able to check in immediately as a room was available. Although the room was smaller than expected, it was nicely decorated, cozy, clean, and tidy. Interestingly, the power switches were located inside a drawer. The hotel provided a complimentary children's breakfast. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and comfortable, with a rich variety of options. We were very satisfied (regrettably, I didn't have my phone to take pictures). The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from the main scenic area, or a pleasant walk if you're up for it. The village has plenty of dining choices. During the day, the main scenic area offers activities like paper painting, batik, and lantern making, as well as a unique bamboo pole drifting performance. In the evenings, there's a lighting ceremony and a drone show, making for a truly stunning night view. Areas for improvement: The elevators were quite slow, requiring long waits. The room's light switch design was also inconvenient; there were no individual bedside lamp switches, meaning it was either all lights on or half the lights on, which isn't very user-friendly.
